ABES participa em Brasília de reunião do Banco Mundial

A Câmara Temática de Saneamento Rural da ABES, por meio de sua secretária adjunta e diretora da ABES-ES, Márcia Azevedo, representou a entidade, no dia 11 de dezembro, em Brasília/DF, em uma reunião de trabalho promovida pelo Banco Mundial, Instituto Coca Cola e Fundação AVINA voltada à promoção e ampliação do acesso à água e saneamento rural no Brasil.  Na ocasião, diretor nacional, Sérgio Gonçalves, também esteve presente no encontro, representando o Ministério do Meio Ambiente.

A proposta e foco desta reunião é a de integrar atores estratégicos e identificar sinergias para ampliar o acesso. Como convidados, 20 dentre as principais organizações públicas e privadas que atuam no fomento, apoio e investimento a este tema tão necessário e urgente para o Brasil. A reunião aconteceu na sede do Banco Mundial e teve uma agenda elaborada tanto para promover a troca de experiências e aprendizados, como para incentivar a cooperação entre os atores visando otimizar esforços e ampliar acesso e impacto.
