O diretor nacional da ABES, Álvaro José Menezes da Costa, ministrará uma palestra com o tema “Para onde vai o Saneamento?”, na 75ª SOEA – Semana Oficial da Engenharia e da Agronomia, que acontecerá no Centro Cultural e de Exposições Ruth Cardoso, na cidade de Maceió, em Alagoas.
