A ABES Seção Rio Grande do Sul (ABES-RS) e o Sindicato dos Engenheiros do Rio Grande do Sul – SENGE-RS promoverão, no dia 18 de abril (quinta-feira), das 13h às 17h, um evento com o objetivo de atualizar informações sobre condições de operação e gestão das barragens no Rio Grande do Sul, identificando lacunas de responsabilidades e riscos operacionais a serem enfrentados. O Fórum SENGE-ABES abordará o tema “Gestão de Barragens: riscos e responsabilidades” e ocorrerá no auditório do SENGE, em Porto Alegre/RS.
O valor da inscrição, que pode ser feita AQUI é R$ 30,00.
Voltado a engenheiros, estudantes e demais profissionais de nível superior, gestores públicos e privados com responsabilidade técnica sobre as barragens existentes no RS, o fórum é uma iniciativa que responde à necessidade de conhecer a situação geral dessas instalações no Estado do RS, especialmente após o desastre de Brumadinho/MG, que reacendeu a discussão sobre a segurança das barragens.
Planejadas para o abastecimento público de água, irrigação e geração de energia elétrica, barragens demandam bons projetos, execução correta, controle operacional, manutenção e gestão de riscos como toda a boa obra de engenharia. O evento pretende ainda elencar as medidas necessárias para garantir sua segurança e evitar tragédias, a partir de um debate técnico de qualidade.
