Congresso da ABES: seja tutor dos visitantes no programa do JPS

Os Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento estão selecionando candidatos para o Programa de Tutoria JPS.

O Programa consiste na designação de uma pessoa que tenha experiência na área de saneamento e já tenha participado de outras edições do Congresso para auxiliar os “marinheiros de primeira viagem”. Ou seja, o tutor dará o apoio necessário a estudantes e jovens profissionais durante o CBESA.

Os interessados em participar do Programa (tem de estar inscritos/ser participantes do congresso) como tutor voluntário ou como orientando devem preencher o formulário AQUI.

As áreas de atuação foram divididas em:

  • Água
  • Esgoto
  • Resíduos sólidos
  • Drenagem
  • Meio ambiente
Serão montados grupos, visando conciliar áreas de interesse e diversidade cultural. O tutor voluntário será responsável por orientar uma pessoa ou um pequeno grupo. Segue uma descrição sucinta das atividades a serem desempenhadas:
 
– Marcar um bate-papo informal para troca de experiências e orientação para a programação técnica do congresso.
Isto deve acontecer o mais breve possível, para que o Orientando tire o maior proveito possível do evento. De acordo com a área de interesse de cada um, o Tutor sugerir trabalhos técnicos e painéis para os Orientandos assistirem.
 
– Combinar uma visita técnica “guiada” na feira.
A FITABES é um local onde se aprende muito visitando os estandes. Porém, muitos estudantes não conhecem os fornecedores, ficam “intimidados” e não aproveitam a oportunidade de conhecer os produtos e equipamentos expostos. O Tutor poderá auxiliar os Orientandos na Feira através desta visita guiada.
 
– Estar a disposição para esclarecimento e outros tipos de ajuda que o estudante porventura precisar.
Hoje a comunicação está muito fácil, com mensagens de Whatsapp, por exemplo, é simples marcar encontros e trocar informação. Durante o Congresso os Orientandos podem ter dúvidas genéricas sobre a cidade e eventos da ABES, dentre outros. Em muitos casos o Tutor pode solucionar o problema ou encaminhar o Orientando de maneira mais eficaz.
