Curso do cadastro ambiental abre nova turma

São 10 mil vagas para preparar facilitadores na inscrição do cadastro ambiental de propriedades rurais, obrigatório em todo o país. Prazo do CAR encerra-se em 5 de maio.

Estão abertas as para a quinta edição do Curso de Capacitação para o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CapCar), realizado pelo Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA) e Serviço Florestal Brasileiro (SFB), em parceria com a Universidade Federal de Lavras.

O curso tem como objetivo capacitar facilitadores para a inscrição de imóveis rurais no CAR, prioritariamente dos agricultores familiares, povos e comunidades tradicionais, dando continuidade às ações de fomento e apoio à implementação da Lei nº 12.651/2012, o Novo Código Florestal Brasileiro.

Nesta edição do CapCar estarão disponíveis 10 mil vagas. Tem duração de quatro semanas, carga horária de 40 horas e previsão de início em fevereiro. O prazo de inscrição vai até 19 de janeiro.

O CapCAR é realizado com foco na plataforma de inscrição do Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Ambiental Rural – SiCAR, disponibilizado pelo SFB. Não contempla, portanto, plataformas de inscrição de estados que utilizam seus próprios sistemas, sendo eles: Bahia (BA), Espírito Santo (ES), São Paulo (SP), Pará (PA), Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) e Tocantins (TO).

As aulas serão ministradas integralmente a distância, por meio de atividades via Internet. Elas consistem em textos explicativos, videoaulas, exercícios de fixação e diversos tutoriais autoexplicativos. Ao todo, 30 mil pessoas em todo Brasil já participaram do curso.

Os candidatos à capacitação devem ter mais de 18 anos, ensino médio completo e conhecimentos básicos em informática, incluindo uso das ferramentas de navegação na Internet, edição de textos e ferramentas como o Google Earth.

Pré-requisitos tecnológicos

Para participar das aulas, o aluno dever ter acesso a um computador com processador Dual Core 1.33 ou equivalente,1 Gb de memória RAM, Windows 98 ou superior, com Windows Media Player versão 7 ou superior, Internet Explorer 6 ou superior como navegador padrão, caixas de som ou fone de ouvido e conexão mínima de 512 kbps, preferencialmente banda larga. O candidato também precisa ter uma conta de email para acessar diariamente.
Cadastro obrigatório

A inscrição no CAR é obrigatória para todos as propriedades e posses rurais do país. O prazo de inscrição se encera em 05 de maio de 2016. O cadastro vai permitir acesso aos benefícios e financiamentos governamentais – como o Pronaf, por exemplo – além de ser necessário para a regularização ambiental dos imóveis rurais.
