2016, um ano de liderança das Câmaras Temáticas da ABES

 Em meio a todos os desafios que o ano de 2016 apresentou, temos que destacar o trabalho das Câmaras Temáticas da ABES, que não apenas engrandeceu a atuação da ABES e o Setor de Saneamento Ambiental, como está contribuindo na preparação do Congresso ABES Fenasan 2017 – o maior encontro de Saneamento Ambiental das Américas, que será promovido em São Paulo de 2 a 6 de outubro deste ano (leia mais aqui) .

Foram inúmeras iniciativas, da melhoria dos processos internos à promoção de eventos em âmbito nacional(veja abaixo), além de criação de duas novas Câmaras: Drenagem e Meio Ambiente.

Essas discussões, que agregam qualidade ao debate, possibilitam à ABES a proposição de ideias e soluções para que o setor avance, envolvendo profissionais do Saneamento, de empresas públicas e privadas e das universidades, em suas diversas áreas de atuação.

Este ano, que marcará o setor com a realização do grandioso Congresso ABES Fenasan, é uma oportunidade única para nossos associados participarem das Câmaras Temáticas, contribuindo com suas experiências e também adquirindo conhecimento. Nossas Câmaras estão abertas a todos que quiserem colaborar.

Aproveito para saudar, neste início de 2017, nossa mais nova Câmara Temática, de Comunicação no Saneamento, coordenada pelo engenheiro Dante RagazziPauli, ex-presidente nacional da ABES. A Câmara será lançada em São Paulo dia 20 de janeiro (veja a mais aqui) e terá um importante papel nas discussões sobre o relacionamento do setor com a sociedade e os meios de comunicação.

Segue um breve balanço das atividades das Câmaras em 2016:

Processos:

– Atualização das páginas das CTs no site da ABES;

– Realização de reunião nacional de planejamento por videoconferência (março)– maior integração entre os coordenadores

– Participação dos coordenadores das CTs na reunião do Planejamento Estratégico de julho 2016 em SP,  – definindo atividades próximo período

Comunicação

– ABES Acontece – boletim especifico das CTs passa a integrar o ABES Notícias (newsletter semanal) com objetivo de padronizar as publicações da ABES; cobertura dos assuntos das Câmaras ganha mais destaque no site;

Participação

A 17ª edição do simpósio foi um sucesso. A cidade do Porto, em Portugal, será a sede do Silubesa 2018

– Presença ativa em vários eventos da ABES – contribuindo com a qualidade nos debates, como no SILUBESA,em que as CTs da ABES – Gestão de Recursos Hídricos; Dessalinização e Reúso; Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com os Clientes; Tratamento de Esgotos; Gestão de Perdas e Resíduos Sólidos – organizaram painéis discutindo temas de suas respectivas áreas em debates de alto nível.

Ações específicas:

CT Gestão e Controle de Perdas

Coordenação: Ricardo Röver

– consolidou suas ações em 2016;

– realizou webinar sobre perdas de água (veja aqui).

– promoveu o I Seminário Internacional de Controle de Perdas e Enfrentamento da Escassez Hídrica, dias 5 a 7 de julho, em São Paulo, reunindo profissionais com larga experiência no combate às perdas em sistemas públicos de abastecimento de água, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior, com sucesso de público e repercussão nos meios de comunicação.

CT Saneamento Rural

Coordenação: Mônica Bicalho Pinto Rodrigues

Realizou a oitava edição do Seminário Nacional de Saneamento Rural juntamente com o III Encontro Latino-Americano de Saneamento Rural e o VII Seminário de Gestão dos SISARs – Sistema Integrado de Saneamento, em Fortaleza, 18 e 20 de maio – (leia mais aqui).

CT Resíduos Sólidos

Coordenação: Heliana Kátia Tavares Campos

Promoveu a 12ª edição do Seminário Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, dias 22 e 23 de novembro, no Ceará (veja mais aqui). Tanto o Seminário Nacional de Saneamento Rural como o de Resíduos Sólidos são – eventos tradicionais destas CTs, realizados a cada dois anos, que atualizam e debatemcom especialistas, promovendo a participação ativa de seus associados e profissionais dos setor.

As Câmaras Temáticas Gestão de Recursos Hídricos(coordenação: Célia Regina Alves Rennó) e Tratamento de Esgotos (coordenação: Edgard Faust Filho) realizaram reuniões com seus integrantes planejando as atividades para o ano de 2017.

A coordenadora da Câmara Temática de Gestão de Recursos Hídricos, Célia Rennó, representa a ABES, na Câmara Técnica de Assuntos Legais e Institucionais – CTIL, do Conselho Nacional de Recursos Hídricos – CNRH.

A Câmara Temática de Tratamento de Esgoto realizou reuniões em Florianópolis/SC, em junho, durante o SILUBESA, e em Brasília, em dezembro – primeiramente coordenada por Américo de Oliveira Sampaio e atualmente pelo engenheiro EdgardFaust Filho – para deliberar pedido de regulamentação em duas modalidades de reúso junto ao Conselho Nacional de Meio Ambiente – CONAMA: o urbano, para fins não potável, e o agrícola. Outro ponto do planejamento é acompanhar o projeto Brasil-Alemanha de Fomento ao Aproveitamento Energético de Biogás – Probiogás.

Câmara Indicadores de Desempenho para o Saneamento Ambiental

Coordenação: Sandro Adriani Camargo

Promoveu em novembro, em São Paulo, sua 14ª reunião. Um dos temas do encontro foi o Guia de Referência para a Medição do Desempenho – GRMD como um instrumento de apoio para melhorar a gestão das empresas (leia mais aqui).

CT Regulação no Setor do Saneamento

Coordenação: Ciro Rocha

Participou em São Paulo de evento da Diretoria Nacional da ABES –  o I Simpósio Nacional Regulação e Tarifas do Setor de Saneamento Ambiental, reunindo representantes de agências reguladoras, do mercado, das operadoras, das associações de defesa do consumidor e da sociedade civil organizada. O encontro contou com a presença do especialista português Joaquim Poças, consultor em Regulação do Setor de Saneamento na Europa (leia mais aqui).

CT Qualidade de Produtos Químicos

Coordenação: Maria Cristina Coimbra Marodin

Desde a sua criação, a CTQPQ tem trabalhado na busca do estabelecimento de metodologias que visem o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados no tratamento de água. Com este foco, e por meio de uma construção participativa do setor, criou técnicas, procedimentos e ferramentas para o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos atuando continuamente para a sua devida implementação, visando à proteção da saúde da população brasileira e o cumprimento de novas exigências legal.

Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamentos com Clientes do Saneamento

Coordenação: Samanta Ivonete Salvador Tavares de Souza

– Promoveu, no dia 12 de maio, em São Paulo, o seminário “Estratégia de Recuperação de Crédito – Como Reduzir a Inadimplência em Tempos de Crise”.

O evento, sucesso de participação, reuniu empresas que têm grande reflexo no impacto da inadimplência nacional nos setores de varejo, energia elétrica, água e gás, entre outros. Coordenada por Samanta Souza e Juliana Almeida Dutra (adjunta), a CT demonstrou sintonia com a conjuntura do país, ao promover o debate em torno de um tema tão presente na atualidade dos serviços e dos negócios em geral no Brasil (veja mais aqui).

– Participou, em outubro, em Porto Alegre, de Ciclo de Debates, discutindo os Desafios da Prestação de Serviços Públicos, formas de contratação e qualidade dos serviços durante o X Simpósio Internacional de Qualidade Ambiental.

Câmara Temática de Dessalinização e Reúso

Coordenação: Renato Giani Ramos

Participou da reunião “Proposta do Plano de Ações para instituir uma política de reúso de efluente sanitário tratado no Brasil”, promovida pela Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento Ambiental-SNSA, do Ministério das Cidades.

Comitê Nacional de Qualidade ABES (CNQA)

Realizou a 19ª edição do PNQS – Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento 2016 (leia mais aqui),uma das ferramentas que têm mostrado grande eficácia para a melhoria e aperfeiçoamento dos processos de gestão nas empresas de saneamento brasileiras. Reconhecido pela InternationalWaterAssociation (IWA) como a mais importante ferramenta de gestão dos serviços de saneamento ambiental, o PNQS estimula a adoção de modelos gerenciais compatíveis com os melhores exemplos mundiais.

Em 2016, o CNQA ganhou novas coordenadoras, Rosana Dias e Maria Ângela Dumont Sargaço (veja mais aqui).

Para 2017 teremos novidades no PNQS. Conforme anunciou, na cerimônia de Premiação do PNQS 2016, Roberval Tavares de Souza, presidente nacional da ABES, o prêmio  passa a ser anual e terá três grandes novas premiações.

Uma delas é a categoria Rubi, voltada a organizações que ganharam o nível IV e têm que continuar na excelência da gestão. Passará também a integrar o PNQS o Prêmio de Eficiência Operacional, voltado à redução de perdas. E serão contemplados prestadores de serviços, com o Selo de Qualidade, para empresas que prestam serviços às concessionárias (leia mais aqui).
