ABES-SP promove seminário sobre desafios da regulação no setor de saneamento

A ABES Seção São Paulo (ABES-SP) promoverá, no dia 30 de maio, no auditório do Conselho Regional de Química – CRQ, o seminário “Desafios da Regulação no Setor de Saneamento”. O evento conta com o apoio da Agência Reguladora de Saneamento e Energia do Estado de São Paulo – ARSESP.

O encontro aprofundará a discussão de regulação e tarifas no setor de saneamento, que tem ocupado espaço prioritário nas ações da ABES – Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental. A entidade considera que esse debate é central para o avanço do setor, e o tem pautado em toda sua agenda técnica e institucional.

O evento contará com três painéis para o debate: Painel 1: áreas de indefinição de atribuições regulatórias (qualidade da água, poluição hídrica e qualidade de efluentes, segurança de barragens; outorga de água bruta); Painel 2: política de subsídios em saneamento básico; e o Painel 3: proteção de mananciais no âmbito da regulação.
