Evento foi promovido pela Seção São Paulo da ABES, nesta quarta (11), com participação de representantes do Escritório Tarso Advogados.
Nesta quarta-feira, 12 de maio, a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – Seção São Paulo (ABES-SP) promoveu um live no YouTube para falar sobre conceitos gerais da LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados e medidas implantadas na entidade.
Na ocasião, foram abordados os principais aspectos da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, cuidados básicos para implementação, e as medidas instaladas pela Seção da ABES em São Paulo para a segurança de dados dos associados.
A live foi aberta pelo presidente da ABES-SP, Luiz Roberto Pladevall, que comentou a responsabilidade da Associação em se adaptar às novas legislações. “A LGPD traz obrigações para as associações, empresas e organizações, e por isso contratamos um time de advogados para implantar o serviço e cuidar dos dados dos associados da ABES-SP e da ABES em âmbito nacional”.
Os representantes do Escritório Tarso Advogados que participaram da live foram Paulo de Tarso Pereira da Silva (fundador); Sérgio Fischetti Bonecker (sócio); e Aline Collaço Belvedere (advogada associada).
Falando sobre os conceitos da lei geral de Proteção de Dados e as medidas que foram adotadas na ABES-SP, Aline Collaço Belvedere destacou a política de privacidade e tratamento de dados, análise e revisão e aditamentos contratuais, com a elaboração dos termos aditivos, canal de atendimento e revisão interna das tecnologias de segurança de dados.
