ABES participa da 137ª reunião da Câmara Técnica de Assuntos Legais e Institucionais – CTIL- do Conselho Nacional de Recursos Hídricos

A representante da ABES no Conselho Nacional de Recursos Hídricos, Célia Rennó (ABES-MG), assumiu em 24 de maio último , em Brasília,  a representação da associação como titular da Câmara Técnica de Assuntos Legais e Institucionais (CTIL).

Nas reuniões da CTIL são discutidos e avaliados todos os assuntos a serem enviados para deliberação nas plenárias do Conselho Nacional de Recursos Hídricos  que a sucedem. “Dessa forma, tem-se nesta Câmara uma visão de tudo o que ocorre  e é deliberado nas demais Câmaras Técnicas do Conselho Nacional de Recursos Hídricos”, informa Célia Rennó.

Na última reunião da CTIL foi  apresentada a tabela a com as entidades candidatas à renovação da composição das Câmaras Técnicas CTEM, CTPNRH, CTIL e CTCOB onde praticamente foram  mantidas as composições anteriores, sendo somente substituídas as entidades que não se candidataram ou apresentaram muitas faltas.

Também foram encaminhadas para deliberação do CNRH a revisão da  Resolução CNRH nº 144/07/2012, que “Estabelece diretrizes para implementação da Política Nacional de Segurança de Barragens, aplicação de seus instrumentos e atuação do Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre Segurança de Barragens” encaminhada pela Câmara Técnica de Análise de Projeto e a alteração do Anexo da Resolução CNRH nº 152/12/2013, que “Estabelece a composição do Grupo de Acompanhamento da elaboração do PRH Paraguai” encaminhada pela Câmara Técnica do Plano Nacional de Recursos Hídricos.

Foi também aprovada uma proposta de Moção ao CNRH, redigida pela CTIL, que recomenda  aos Conselhos Estaduais de Recursos Hídricos a indicação formal dos conselheiro que os representam no CNRH originalmente apresentada pela FONASC.

Todos esses assuntos serão tratados na reunião do CNRH marcada para os dias 28 e 29 de junho.
