O vice-presidente nacional da ABES, Carlos Alberto Rosito, representou a entidade, nesta quarta-feira, 19 de julho, na cerimônia de posse de Haroldo Mattos de Lemos como presidente da SEAERJ- Sociedade dos Engenheiros e Arquitetos do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Haroldo, associado da ABES, foi presidente da Seção Rio de Janeiro da ABES e tem tido participação ativa Associação.
