IV Seminário de Gestão e Controle de Perdas de Água: presidente da Sanepar ministra palestra magna na abertura do evento

Com participação do presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza,  de Antonio Carlos Nery, presidente da ABES-PR, de José Pio Martins, reitor da Universidade Positivo, que sedia o encontro, de Ricardo Rover Machado, coordenador da Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética da ABES, e de Mounir Chaowiche, presidente da Sanepar, a ABES abriu, nesta segunda-feira, 31 de julho o IV Seminário de Gestão e Controle de Perdas de Água, em Curitba/PR.

O encontro, que acontece até quarta-feira, 2 de agosto, abordando o tema “Água e energia no saneamento: práticas para a redução de desperdícios”, reúne pesquisadores e engenheiros de todo o Brasil para discutir métodos e tecnologias para combater o desperdício de água e energia nos processos de saneamento ambiental, com o objetivo potencializar a atuação acerca da engenharia empregada nas Práticas para a Redução de Desperdício de modo racional, a fim de que efetivamente sejam obtidos os melhores resultados com o mínimo de investimentos.

O presidente da Sanepar, Mounir Chaowiche, ministrou a Palestra Magna, que teve como tema a “Redução de Perdas e Eficiência Energética na Sanepar – Conquistas e Perspectivas”. A companhia paranaense é destaque no setor por incentivar pesquisas e trocas de experiências com instituições nacionais e internacionais. “A Sanepar mantém contato permanente com as novas tecnologias que estão sendo aplicadas no setor do saneamento no Brasil e no mundo. Com isso conseguimos aplicar no Paraná práticas que promovem a eficiência energética e o combate ao desperdício no nosso sistema”, afirmou.
