ABES-SP realiza II Congresso Paulista de Ciência e Tecnologia Ambiental no interior do estado

A Subseção Bauru e a Câmara Técnica de Meio Ambiente da ABES-SP promoveram, nos dias 20 e 21 de novembro, na Universidade do Sagrado Coração, a segunda edição do Congresso Paulista de Ciência e Tecnologia Ambiental. Realizado em parceria com a instituição de ensino, o evento contou com a participação de 235 pessoas, além de palestrantes, professores e convidados.

Nos dois dias de congresso, em período integral, foram apresentadas 20 palestras com diversos especialistas de renome. “Ao todo, foram apresentados 125 trabalhos técnicos, que serão expostos, avaliados pelos professores e premiados”, explica Ricardo Crepaldi, presidente da ABES Subseção Bauru e coordenador da CT de Meio Ambiente da ABES-SP.

O engenheiro destaca a importância do encontro. “O congresso abrange toda a macrorregião de Bauru. Na parte de meio ambiente e agricultura a região tem ótimas discussões e trabalhos, mas não realiza congressos nessa temática que realizamos”, frisa Crepaldi.

Integrantes do JPS-SP prestigiaram o evento.

“Foi uma excelente experiência, além de eu ter sido muito bem recebida pelo Ricardo Crepaldi e pela universidade”, declara Maria Fernanda Bentubo, assessora de Relações Institucionais – Universidades e membro do JPS-SP. “Acredito que há bastante potencial para implantar o JPS em Bauru. Com o auxílio da coordenação de São Paulo e o apoio da universidade dará o “start” ao programa”, disse. “Desta forma, aos poucos, vamos expandindo o JPS para as subseções do estado, atingindo novos jovens e dando oportunidade para o desenvolvimento de novas ideias”, conclui.
