JPS-SP realiza roda de conversa sobre Licenciamento Ambiental

O programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES Seção São Paulo (JPS/ABES-SP) realizou a “Roda de Conversa sobre Licenciamento Ambiental”, nesta sexta-feira, 29 de junho, na sede da entidade.

 O evento teve como palestrantes Fernanda Campos Bardelli, geógrafa (PUC), especialista em Tecnologias Ambientais (FATEC) e Planejamento de Cidades (POLI-USP) e consultora em processo de Licenciamento Ambiental e de Avaliação de Impacto Ambiental e Carlos Henrique Martins Mello, engenheiro ambiental (Faculdade São Marcos), tecnólogo ambiental industrial (SENAI), especialista em Gestão Ambiental Empresarial (IECAT-FEI), sócio diretor da AMBTRI Consultoria Ambiental, responsável pela coordenação de projetos e docente no Senac Jabaquara.  

 

Fernanda Bardelli ministrou a palestra “Regularização Ambiental de Barragens Hidrelétricas e de Abastecimento”. Discorreu sobre as etapas do licenciamento, regularização, diagnóstico ambiental e físico, monitoramento, documentação e manutenção, manual para elaboração de estudos com avaliação de impacto ambiental, caracterização de empreendimento, tipos de usinas hidrelétricas e barragens.  

Com o tema “Custos Ambientais do processo de licenciamento”, Carlos Henrique abordou as dificuldades sobre o processo de licenciamento, cadastro técnico, cálculos, taxas e pagamentos dos órgãos públicos responsáveis para a abertura e regularização das empresas ligadas ao meio ambiente ou que prestam consultoria. “Quero agradecer à ABES pela oportunidade. A importância da palestra é plantar uma sementinha para os profissionais de meio ambiente tomarem ciência do que está acontecendo com relação aos custos ambientais. O conhecimento deve ser transmitido para as outras áreas, pois é significativo e tem afetado o desenvolvimento das empresas, principalmente, aqui em São Paulo”, frisou.

Para Fernanda Bardelli, os encontros para debater o tema são chances para manter a motivação. “Esses encontros são importantes para o pessoal que está tentando entrar no mercado de trabalho, conseguimos trazer as novidades e o que está acontecendo no mercado. É uma forma motivadora de se manter e um olhar otimista para as oportunidades. É extremamente válido, pois tem muita coisa para acontecer.”

O coordenador do JPS-SP, o geógrafo Thomas Ficarelli, comentou sobre a participação do público na roda de conversa e os diferentes pontos de vistas para conhecer melhor o assunto: “O interessante da roda de conversa é que os próprios participantes falaram sobre as suas experiências com relação ao licenciamento ambiental e dúvidas sobre a resolução dessas questões. Os palestrantes abordaram as dificuldades que os empreendedores enfrentam para lidar com os órgãos e as taxas que são cobradas, regularização e o trabalho como consultor ambiental. O evento reuniu diversos pontos de vista”, finalizou o coordenador.
