Prezados Associados,

Com tristeza, vimos comunicar o falecimento do nosso colega e Associado, Eng. Ivanildo de Araújo Calheiros, que, atualmente, era Conselheiro da ABES (Gestão 2017-2019), foi Membro do Conselho Fiscal da ABES Seção São Paulo (Gestão 2015-2017), e membro da diretoria e conselho na APECS no período de 1993-1997.

Engenheiro Civil pela Escola Politécnica de Pernambuco e Engenheiro Sanitarista pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP. Profissional e homem exemplar, atuou na ABES-SP por muitos anos e foi conselheiro nacional. Grande projetista. Ele participava da ABES desde a década de 1970.

A ABES-SP e os associados de todo o país expressam os mais profundos sentimentos aos familiares do Engº Ivanildo de Araújo Calheiros que muito contribuiu para história de nossa associação, e tem a certeza de que seu legado continuará  sendo partilhado pelos profissionais que atuam no setor do Saneamento Ambiental do Brasil.
