Alemanha oferece bolsa para evento sobre sustentabilidade

Estão abertas até o dia 24 de maio as inscrições para o Green Talents 2016, uma competição promovida pelo Governo da Alemanha que visa reconhecer as melhores ideias e inovações “verdes”. Os vencedores da competição receberão diversos prêmios – entre eles, todas as despesas pagas para a participação no Fórum Internacional de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, que acontecerá em outubro.

O tema do fórum este ano será “Mares e Oceanos”. Durante duas semanas, os 25 pesquisadores selecionados passarão por diversas instituições e empresas do país, tendo acesso ao que há de mais novo em pesquisa sobre sustentabilidade.

Para concorrer, é preciso ter até 32 anos de idade, falar inglês e estar cursando ou já ter se formado no mestrado ou doutorado. Não há restrições em relação à área atual de estudo. No entanto, os candidatos devem comprovar “envolvimento excepcional” com questões ligadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável.

O processo seletivo inclui preenchimento de fichas com informações sobre sua trajetória profissional e acadêmica e o envio de documentos que comprovem proficiência em inglês (IELTS, TOEFL ou certificados de escolas), cartas de recomendação e cartas de motivação, explicando por que quer participar do fórum.

Os 25 selecionados terão todas as despesas pagas, incluindo passagens áreas, refeições e alojamento durante as duas semanas de evento. Além disso, receberão uma ajuda financeira para retornar à Alemanha em 2017  e conduzir sua pesquisa. O montante não foi divulgado, mas segundo a organização, é suficiente para os gastos pessoais do pesquisador por três meses.
