Bar da ABES-SP discute mudanças na revisão da norma ABNT sobre aproveitamento de água de chuva

Em sua nona edição, o Bar da ABES-SP realizou nesta quinta, 30 de maio, na sede da entidade, mais uma importante discussão. Com auditório lotado, composto por estudantes, professores e profissionais da área, o encontro, que reúne palestra técnica, confraternização e rede de relacionamento, contou com uma apresentação sobre o tema ”Aproveitamento de água de chuva: o que você precisa saber sobre as mudanças na revisão da ABNT NBR 15527:2019”. A palestra foi ministrada por Álvaro Diogo Teixeira, secretário da Comissão de Estudo Especial de Aproveitamento de Água de Chuva (ABNT/CEE-077), coordenador nacional do Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento JPS da ABES e diretor da ABES-SP. A norma ABNT NBR 15527 foi objeto de estudo de Álvaro em sua dissertação de mestrado entre 2015 e 2017 –, sob co-orientação do professor Plínio Tomaz, que fez intervenções, destacando pontos relevantes do tema durante a apresentação.”

O presidente da ABES-SP, Márcio Gonçalves de Oliveira, abriu o evento destacando que a ABES é um espaço aberto para os mais relevantes debates sobre temas do setor. “Venham participar das nossas reuniões, discutir, fortalecer a entidade, participar das decisões de importantes assuntos no país sobre de água, esgoto, drenagem, resíduos sólidos, que precisamos avançar e buscar o melhor caminho”, pontuou. Em outro momento, Márcio convidou os participantes para o 30º Congresso da ABES, que acontecerá de 16 a 19 de junho, em Natal/RN.

Em seguida, Álvaro começou sua apresentação com contextualização histórica da norma, destacando o conceito do que é água de chuva, como se chegou ao estágio de utilizá-la para fins não potáveis em regiões metropolitanas. Também explicou cada capítulo, mostrando o que foi e o que não foi alterado na revisão, realizada em 2017, uma década depois de sua publicação.

“Foram 10 anos – de 2007 até 2017 – de aplicação e crescimento sobre o uso de água de chuva e de muitos aprendizados. Resolvemos revisá-la, em 2017, e foi um trabalho de 10 meses, uma discussão plural, com a participação de várias entidades”, ressaltou Álvaro. “Apresentei, junto com o professor Plínio, o que foi essa trajetória. Pudemos conversar sobre os aspectos de segurança sanitária, operacionais, segurança hídrica e as boas práticas tanto para o projeto quanto para a execução e operação”, sintetizou. “Espero que as pessoas tenham curtido e saído daqui com riqueza de detalhes e conhecimento para que possam aplicar em seu cotidiano, na sua vida profissional”, concluiu.

Destacando que é associado ABES-SP desde a sua fundação, em 1966, logo depois de se formar na Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, o professor Plínio Tomaz lembrou que a seção sediou vários encontros durante a revisão da norma. “Gostei muito da palestra e das pessoas que vieram assistir porque mostra um importante interesse no tema. Temos que divulgar as normas da ABNT feitas pela comunidade. Grande parte da norma 15.527 foi feita na ABES-SP, com todo o apoio dos funcionários, com cafezinho, biscoitinhos”, contou. “Excelente a iniciativa da ABES-SP. Estão de parabéns”, elogiou.

Para o presidente da ABES-SP, Márcio Gonçalves, o evento mais uma vez foi muito positivo. “Conseguimos entender o que era a norma, o que mudou e o que é agora”, ressaltou. “A participação da ABES-SP, tanto na divulgação como no processo de construção da norma, mostra que estamos sempre apoiando esse movimento no Brasil, em São Paulo, para que as normas brasileiras sejam as mais atuais possíveis, trazendo mais benefícios para a sociedade. Foi um evento muito proveitoso”.

Daniel Kuchida, engenheiro da Acqualimp, comentou sobre a importância da participação da empresa no 9º Bar da ABES-SP. “Achamos legal o convite da ABES-SP. Nós nos importamos bastante também com a questão de trazer um tema relevante, considerando situações que vivemos hoje, como crise hídrica, aumentos de tarifas de água, busca por soluções alternativas para as necessidades que temos de água. É também uma oportunidade também de expor a nossa marca para profissionais da área, professores que trabalham e utilizam nossos produtos e os veem como referência. Esta exposição é importante e agrega bastante à marca junto a todas essas pessoas interessadas no assunto”, destacou Daniel. “Agradecemos o convite e também todo o trabalho de divulgação da ABES-SP, que conseguiu mobilizar toda essa turma de profissionais e especialistas no assunto. Isso só enriquece o ambiente”, finalizou.

Opinião do público

A apresentação e o evento em si agradaram o público presente, deixando uma ótima impressão em quem participou pela primeira vez.

Foi o caso da estudante, Juliane Cavalcante, que cursa o 9º ano de Engenharia Civil na Universidade Paulista – Unip, e pretende seguir para a área ambiental. “Adorei a ABES!”, disse, empolgada. “Achei um espaço superbacana, adorei a palestra. Foi muito interessante, nada cansativa, bem dinâmica e aberta para perguntas, este para conhecer pessoas. Tem muito diferencial de outros workshops que já frequentei. Estão de parabéns”, destacou a jovem, que recebeu indicação de um engenheiro com quem trabalha.

A professora do Departamento de Hidráulica e Saneamento da Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo – Fatec-SP, Elisa Macedo, também gostou do que viu. “Foi muito bom interessante deu para dar uma passada geral em todas as mudanças que foram feitas na norma. Foi uma palestra muito informativa e objetiva. Para quem atua na área foi essencial para dar continuidade aos trabalhos”, opinou.

A apresentação despertou no recém-formado em Engenharia Civil na Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Raul Martins, o interesse em estudar mais o tema discutido. “Achei o evento bastante relevante, com informações muito especificas e concisas de muito valor sobre o tema. Fiquei bastante interessado no assunto. Eu não tenho muito conhecimento nesta norma de aproveitamento de água de chuva. Deu vontade de estudar mais sobre ela e me aprofundar nessas mudanças. Achei o evento muito proveitoso”, afirmou o jovem engenheiro, que está se preparando para fazer uma pós-graduação.

Sobre o Bar da ABES-SP

O Bar da ABES-SP é um evento do setor de saneamento voltado aos associados, profissionais, acadêmicos, gestores, para promover a interação e a troca de experiências, unindo palestra e happy hour.

A cada edição um tema diferente é apresentado por um palestrante. Ao final, os participantes têm um momento para confraternização e networking.

O evento, que foi um marco da antiga sede da ABES-SP, voltou em 2017, com sucesso de participação, tendo recebido mais de mil profissionais do setor de Saneamento Ambiental.
