ABES Conecta: especialistas do Brasil e de outros países apresentam aplicações de processos com separação por membranas em escala industrial

Em webinar realizado pela ABES-RS, em paarcrai com outras entidades, palestrantes trouxeram casos concretos de inovações no setor.

A ABES-RS (Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, Seção Rio Grande do Sul) promoveu o webinar “Processos de separação por membranas: aplicações em larga escala”, juntamente com a AQUAMEMTEC CYTED, Sb-RCMEMTEC, a Universidade FEEVALE e Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), nesta quarta-feira, 27 de outubro.

O objetivo foi abordar a aplicação de processos de separação por membranas no tratamento de água e efluentes industriais em escala industrial.

Apresentado pela Prof. Dra. Andréa Moura Bernardes (UFRGS), o evento contou com a presença de pesquisadores vinculados às universidades do Brasil e dos países convidados, que apresentaram casos concretos de uso desses processos.

A abertura da transmissão foi realizada por Jussara Kalil, presidente da ABES-RS. Na sequência, a Prof. Dra. Andréa Moura Bernardes (UFRGS) apresentou os projetos AQUAMEMTEC (Cyted) e Sb-RECMEMTEC (FINEP-ERAMIN).

O engenheiro Javier Sanchis Carbonell, da Global Omnium, de Valência, na Espanha, ministrou a palestra “Casos de exito en el uso de la electrodiálisis reversible para el tratamiento de agua de consumo”.

“Microfiltração e carvão ativado para tratamento de água e remoção de pesticidas e fármacos” foi o tema da apresentação da Prof. Dra. Maria João Rosa, da LNEC, de Lisboa, Portugal.

A palestra seguinte abordou o tema “Implantação e Operação de Estações de Tratamento de Água para consumo humano dotadas de Ultrafiltração por Membranas – A experiência da Companhia de Saneamento Ambiental do Distrito Federal (Caesb/DF)” com os engenheiros Fuad Moura Guimarães Braga e Claudia Patrícia Pereira Simões.


Logo após, a Roda de conversa “Processos de Separação por Membranas no Tratamento de Efluentes Industriais” foi iniciada com os palestrantes e os  debatedores Prof. Dr. Marco Antônio Siqueira Rodrigues, da FEEVALE, Brasil; Prof. Dr. Valentin Perez Herranz, da UPV, Valencia, Espanha; Profa. Dra. Maria Norberta de Pinho, da IST-Lisboa, Portugal; Profa. Dra. Albana Marchesini, UNL, de Santa Fé, Argentina; e o engenheiro Fuad Moura Guimarães Braga, da CAESB.

O painel “Uso de sistemas digitais para garantia da continuidade operacional de processos de separação por membranas na indústria” foi integrado pelos engenheiros Abílio Jorge Pereira Martins e Dr. Jaime Neiva Miranda de Souza, da Enkrott, Sintra, Portugal.

O webinar contou também com participação do Prof. Dr. Gerardo Cifuentes, da USACH, Chile, que apresentou o tema  “Emprego de eletroeletrodiálise no tratamento de efluentes industriais para recuperação de antimônio”. 

O “Emprego de processos de separação por membranas para o tratamento de efluentes petroquímicos” foi o tema de apresentação da química Andréia Barros dos Santos, da CORSAN/RS.

Uma roda de conversa encerrou o webinar e foi integrada pelos convidados: Profa. Dra. Andréa Moura Bernardes, da UFRGS, Brasil; Prof. Dr. Mário Ávila, da UG, Guanajuato, México; Prof. Dr. Croswel Aguilar, da UNT, Trujillo, Peru; Profa. Dra. Graciela Alicia González, da UBA – CONICET, Buenos Aires, Argentina; e Prof. Dr. Marco Antônio Siqueira Rodrigues, da FEEVALE, Brasil.

Os especialistas responderam perguntas dos participantes do chat e contribuíram para ampliar a troca de informações sobre as novidades em torno dos processos de separação por membranas.
