ABES apoia Prêmio Sustentabilidade Jovem Inovador da Abcon Sindcon. Inscrições prorrogadas até 23 de setembro

Em sua quarta edição, a iniciativa está aberta para a participação de jovens com até 30 anos de idade, que podem concorrer com seu projeto a R$ 8 mil; no total, serão R$ 71 mil em prêmios.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES apoia o 4º Prêmio Sustentabilidade, promovido pela Abcon Sindcon, que nesta edição contempla um novo perfil de participação: “Jovem Inovador”. Estudantes ou trabalhadores não-vinculados a empresas privadas e públicas de saneamento, com menos de 30 anos de idade, podem inscrever seus projetos com potencial implantação nas concessionárias do setor e concorrer à premiação. As inscrições foram prorrogadas até o dia 23 de setembro (clique aqui).

O perfil “Jovem Inovador” do Prêmio Sustentabilidade vai distinguir as ideias que possam ser colocadas em prática pelos operadores privados de saneamento na categoria Inovação Técnica. Os valores das premiações para o primeiro, segundo e terceiro colocados serão de, respectivamente, R$ 5 mil, R$ 2 mil e R$ 1 mil.

O Prêmio reconhece também as práticas mais inovadoras adotadas pelas empresas privadas que atuam no setor de saneamento básico, incentivando a ampliação das práticas sustentáveis das concessionárias. Na edição 2021, os participantes podem se inscrever em quatro categorias: Gestão e Governança; Sociedade e Consumidores; Inovação Técnica; e Proteção e Restauração de Ecossistemas.

Os melhores projetos entre as “Empresas Privadas” em cada categoria recebem R$ 10 mil. Os segundo e terceiros colocados recebem, respectivamente, R$ 4 mil e R$ 2 mil. 

No total, o Prêmio Sustentabilidade distribuirá R$ 71 mil entre os vencedores.

Nesta edição, o Prêmio conta com a parceria e o apoio técnico-institucional do Pacto Global, a maior iniciativa de sustentabilidade corporativa do mundo.

Sobre o Prêmio Sustentabilidade

O 4º Prêmio Sustentabilidade da Abcon Sindcon, realizado a cada biênio, traz em 2021 como tema transversal a inovação. O objetivo é reconhecer as iniciativas e os profissionais da área de saneamento das concessionárias privadas do país. A edição deste ano traz novo regulamento com dois diferentes perfis de participação: Empresa Privada e Jovem Inovador, em quatro categorias.

O regulamento foi totalmente reformulado e adequado aos princípios do ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). 

A adaptação é realizada em parceria com o Pacto Global, considerado a maior iniciativa de sustentabilidade corporativa do mundo, com mais de 16 mil membros, entre empresas e organizações, distribuídos em 69 redes locais, que abrangem 160 países, e conta com o a poio da ABES.
