ABES Conecta: nova série de webinares aborda a metodologia ACERTAR. Primeiro evento nesta quinta (27) será sobre gestão comercial

Objetivo da iniciativa é debater a importância da aplicação da metodologia ACERTAR para melhoria da capacidade de operação, planejamento e regulação, entre outros temas. Ao todo, serão sete encontros online e gratuitos.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental-ABES, por meio de suas Câmaras Temáticas de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, de Regulação e Tarifa e de Indicadores, promoverá a partir desta quinta, 27 de agosto, às 10h, uma série de webinares gratuitos sobre a metodologia ACERTAR – Certificação e Manual de Melhores Práticas da Gestão da Informação sobre Saneamento. As inscrições podem ser feitas aqui.

Ao todo, serão sete webinares, realizados no programa ABES Conecta, com o objetivo de debater a importância da aplicação da metodologia ACERTAR (Certificação e Manual de Melhores Práticas da Gestão da Informação sobre Saneamento) para melhoria da capacidade de operação, planejamento e regulação, entre outros temas. Os eventos serão norteados pela seguinte questão: Por que é importante ter esse processo para o prestador de serviço, para a regulação e demais stakeholders?

Contexto

A Portaria nº 719 publicada no Diário Oficial da União em 12 de dezembro de 2018 institui a metodologia para auditoria e certificação de informações do Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre Saneamento (SNIS), relacionada aos serviços de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário. Atualmente, as auditorias e as melhores práticas (MP) preconizadas pelo ACERTAR encontram-se em implantação no Brasil. Diversas agências reguladoras e prestadores de serviço estão em estágios de implementação distintos.

O período de 2019 – 2022 constitui uma fase inicial de aplicação da metodologia ACERTAR, que requer um apoio especial aos auditores e auditados de modo a alavancar esta metodologia que se verifica tão essencial no desenvolvimento do setor, na melhoria de capacidade de operação, planejamento, gestão, assim como em efetuar políticas e regulação.

Nesse sentido, uma série de webinars para debater o propósito dos temas auditados e as dificuldades práticas encontradas é extremamente oportuno.

O primeiro encontro, nesta quinta (27), às 10h, reunirá especialistas para discutir a gestão comercial e tecnologias de informação.

Carlos Motta Nunes, coordenador do GT Saneamento na Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento Básico – ANA;

Fernando Alfredo Rabelo Franco, presidente da Associação Brasileira das Agências de Regulação – ABAR; e

Luiz Antonio Pazos Moraes, coordenador geral de Gestão Integrada, Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento, Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional.
