ABES Conecta: webinar aborda coletivos ambientais urbanos

Debate foi promovido pela ABES-SP, por meio de sua Câmara Câmara Técnica de Educação Ambiental, com apoio do Programa de Pós-graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade São Judas Tadeu (PGAUR/USJT).

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária Ambiental – ABES Seção São Paulo, por meio de sua Câmara Técnica de Educação Ambiental, promoveu um webinar com o tema “Diálogo sobre Coletivos Ambientais Urbanos: contribuições à educação ambiental”. O evento online foi realizado na tarde desta sexta-feira, 18 de junho, e contou com apoio do Programa de Pós-graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade São Judas Tadeu (PGAUR/USJT). 

O webinar foi apresentado por Ana Paula Silveira, coordenadora (adjunta) da CT Educação Ambiental/ABES-SP, e moderado por Luana Santos de Souza, bióloga e doutoranda do Programa de Pós-graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo, da Universidade São Judas Tadeu – PGAUR/USJT. Participaram do debate Sérgio Shigeeda, cocriador da Horta Comunitária da Saúde, e Danilo Bifoni, fundador do Muda Mooca. 

“A gente pensou neste evento porque o tema do meu doutorado trata dos coletivos ambientais urbanos da cidade de São Paulo. A gente vê esse movimento de pessoas que estão se unindo, tentando mudar a cidade, pensando em plantio, restauração de nascentes. Esses grupos são cada vez mais crescentes e pujantes”, afirmou a moderadora Luana. 

Na ocasião, Sérgio detalhou a Horta Comunitária da Saúde, que foi criada em 2013 no bairro da Saúde, na capital paulista. Na época, um grupo de moradores da região se reuniu e decidiu utilizar um espaço então tomado por lixo e entulho para iniciar o projeto. 

Por sua vez, Danilo falou sobre o Muda Mooca que, ao longo de 30 anos de existência, plantou ou ajudou a plantar mais de 30 mil árvores. O fundador do coletivo detalhou a trajetória do projeto e as atividades desenvolvidas, que têm como objetivo mudar a relação das pessoas com o meio ambiente. 

O evento foi transmitido pelo YouTube da associação, por meio do ABES Conecta. Durante o debate, os participantes também responderam perguntas dos espectadores. Clique aqui para assistir ao vídeo, na íntegra
