O concurso de grafite “Água da Chuva: é pro lago que eu vou, quero ir limpinha” recebeu 35 inscrições entre artistas já reconhecidos e iniciantes. O resultado da homologação, que foi realizada pela Comissão Julgadora na última quarta-feira, 21, será publicado em breve, juntamente com as datas, os códigos e endereços das bocas de lobo autorizadas para a intervenção de cada participante. A execução dos trabalhos pelos grafiteiros ocorrerá exclusivamente nos dias 15 e 16 de outubro de 2016.
O concurso, voltado para os grafiteiros do Distrito Federal e entorno tem como objetivo divulgar a importância do saneamento básico na vida e na saúde da população e atuar na melhoria da qualidade da água do Lago Paranoá para integrar a comunidade de artistas locais com as ações para a melhoria do saneamento básico no DF. Entre os inscritos está um professor da Sala de Recurso de Altas Habilidades/Superdotação do Paranoá e Itapoá, que atua com 30 alunos (adolescentes) da rede pública do Distrito Federal, que apresentam talentos artísticos. Eles irão participar como uma categoria à parte.

Confira a entrevista que a ABES Seção Distrito Federal fez com o participante Daibes Ottoni, que contou um pouco da sua trajetória no grafite e suas expectativas para o concurso.
ABES-DF – Fale um pouco sobre sua trajetória no grafite.
Daibes Ottoni – Tenho 41 anos, sou Policial Militar Ambiental do DF (BPMA/CPAm/PMDF), trabalho no NEAM (Núcleo de Educação Ambiental) com criação de material gráfico para a educação ambiental de crianças e jovens, em que sou ilustrador e roteirista de todo material gráfico que pode ser acessado, reproduzido e distribuído pelo blog www.protegenatura.blogspot.com.br.
Formado em Artes Plásticas pela UnB e fui palestrante e professor de desenho e grafite do Programa Picasso Não Pichava da SSP-DF durante 5 anos (2007 a 2012). Desenho desde de os 3 anos de idade e meu primeiro trabalho remunerado com Arte foi aos 8 anos. Trabalho com aerografia desde 1996. Não me considero um grafiteiro pela falta de tempo para me dedicar à produção, estou mais para professor da técnica. Gosto de ensinar porque sei que a Arte tem o poder de transformar e melhorar crianças, jovens e adultos em diversos aspectos…na minha mais humilde opinião, posso afirmar que a Arte Salva!
Na Arte, trabalho com diversas linguagens: desenho, graffiti, aerografia, pintura, escultura, gravura, animação, história em quadrinhos e aceito qualquer desafio na Arte, pois nunca fiz curso dentro da área, sempre mergulhei em todas as possibilidades que se apresentaram e sempre procurei desenvolver técnicas próprias. ABES-DF – Como ficou sabendo sobre o concurso?
Daibes Ottoni – Por meio do GTEA-GDF (Grupo de Trabalho de Educação Ambiental do GDF) do qual faço parte e pelo meu chefe imediato.
ABES-DF – Por que se inscreveu no concurso?
Porque trabalho com Arte atrelada a questão ambiental num órgão de segurança voltado para a proteção e preservação do meio ambiente e porque realmente me preocupo demais com esta questão e procuro utilizar o pouco que sei na Arte para ajudar a natureza e os seus recursos que são fundamentais para a nossa continuidade neste planeta. E porque achei demais a proposta do concurso. Vocês estão de parabéns!
ABES-DF – Você sabia que o destino final das águas das chuvas que entram nas bocas de lobo é o Lago Paranoá?
Daibes Ottoni – Sim, claro! E sei que é extremamente importante que todo cidadão se conscientize que quando acontecem inundações nas nossas cidades, isso não é culpa do Governo é culpa de todos aqueles que jogam lixo nas ruas e que consequentemente será levado pelas águas das chuvas, entrarão nas bocas de lobo e se acumularão nas tubulações de águas pluviais, impedindo o curso natural das águas rumo ao Paranoá e outras capitações por todo DF.
ABES-DF – Já participou de concursos relacionados a este tema anteriormente? Quais?
Daibes Ottoni – Nunca. Achei a ideia de vocês excelente e espero poder ajudar. Parabéns!
ABES-DF – Explique como é usar o grafite para conscientizar a população para questões ambientais?
Daibes Ottoni – Sempre admirei demais a Arte do Graffiti porque ela é a Arte mais democrática que existe, pois leva alegria, reflexão, inspiração, energias positivas e cores para o cinza das grandes cidades. Brasília possui grandes artistas do Graffiti e a Ceilândia hoje é a Meca do Graffiti no DF. Os artistas do DF não devem nada aos grandes nomes do Graffiti mundial em questão de qualidade de trabalho e criatividade. Utilizar esta Arte para conscientizar a população sobre as questões ambientais na minha opinião é dos principais instrumentos que deveriam ser mais utilizados para ajudar a mudar as atitudes de forma positiva da maioria dos habitantes deste planeta perante ao meio ambiente.
Se não tomarmos essa consciência de respeito, preservando e protegendo a natureza e os nossos recursos que nos são dados de graça a humanidade estará fadada ao desaparecimento. Prova disso hoje é o fato de começar a faltar água no DF, isso é apenas a consequência do desmatamento do Cerrado que é a “Caixa D´agua” do Brasil.
Tenho uma personagem chamada “PENSE VERDE” que é uma mulher verde com a parte de cima da cabeça em forma de cúpula de vidro onde podemos ver o seu cérebro que é na verdade, uma árvore. Ela tem se tornado cada vez mais recorrente nas minhas pinturas e ela representa a preocupação constante com o meio ambiente e todo pensamento sempre voltado para a preservação e proteção da natureza e da nossa continuidade em perfeito equilíbrio com tudo o que a Terra nos dá.
ABES-DF – As oportunidades de trabalho com o grafite são as mesmas para homens e mulheres, ou você acha que o mercado ainda tem muito a melhorar?
Daibes Ottoni – Acho que as mulheres ainda estão tímidas neste mercado, penso que isso acontece pelo fato dessa Arte ainda se limitar muito ao universo masculino e pelo medo e insegurança delas ao estarem nas ruas. Acho que isso irá mudar aos poucos e espero que esta mudança aconteça de verdade e que seja logo, pois conheço artistas fenomenais e não vejo a hora delas fazerem a sua Arte em grandes formatos. Já apresentei um projeto para fazer curso de grafite só pra mulheres, mas infelizmente não me deram ouvidos.
ABES-DF – Como cidadão do Distrito Federal, o que você acha que pode fazer para melhorar a água do Lago?
Daibes Ottoni – Acabar de vez com o lançamento de esgoto clandestino no Lago Paranoá.
