Contribuindo com a melhoria das questões sanitárias, por meio da qualificação profissional, a ABES Seção Minas Gerais (ABES-MG) promoveu entre os dias 10 e 12 de setembro, em sua sede, na cidade de Belo Horizonte, o curso “Noções de Saneamento Básico e Saúde Pública”.
As aulas foram ministradas pelos instrutores José Antônio da Cunha Melo, que abordou temas sobre saneamento e saúde pública; Weber Coutinho, que falou de “Drenagem urbana”; Maeli Estrela Borges, que discorreu acerca do tema “Gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos”; Vitor Carvalho Queiroz, que apresentou o tema “Regulação e Legislação”; e Tiago Von Sperling, que abordou os “Sistemas de abastecimento de Água e Sistemas de esgotamento sanitário”.
