ABES-PA integra debate da Rádio CBN Belém sobre o novo marco do saneamento

Programa ‘Audiência Pública’ foi ao ar nesta quarta-feira (20) e está disponível no YouTube. Seção foi representada pelo diretor Arthur Arrais. 

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental Seção Pará (ABES-PA) participou nesta quarta-feira, 20 de julho, do quadro “Audiência Pública” da Rádio CBN Belém, que abordou o tema “Dois anos do Novo Marco Legal do Saneamento: Desafios e Soluções”.

A ABES Pará foi representada pelo diretor Arthur Arrais. Também estiveram presentes o engenheiro Sanitarista Valdinei Mendes da Silva, professor do Instituto Federal do Pará (IFPA), e o Prof. Antônio Pegado, diretor geral da Secretária de Saneamento de Belém.

Durante a entrevista, foram apresentadas as metas do Novo Marco e o que tem sido feito em busca de alcançá-las, além de comentar sobre questões quanto à privatização do setor de saneamento e a importância da participação da população nas tomadas de decisões quanto ao município.

Vanessa Mello, preseidente da seção paraense, agradeceu o convite da Rádio CBN para “debater este tema tão importante. Participar de ações como essas fortalecem o saneamento e a Associação, além de reforçar a nossa missão institucional, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do saneamento ambiental”, ressaltou.
