No dia 8 de outubro, a Presidente da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES Seção Pará (ABES-PA), Vanessa Mello, participou da Semana Acadêmica da Faculdade Estácio de Belém. Na oportunidade, ela, juntamente com Tatiana Costa, membro da Diretoria da Seção, e com apoio da Companhia de Saneamento do Pará (Cosanpa), apresentou aos estudantes de Engenharia Ambiental e Engenharia Civil, a palestra “Conheça a ABES”.
Vanessa Mello destacou os trabalhos que ABES-PA vem desenvolvendo no estado e também falou sobre o Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento (JPS), voltado a alunos concluintes e jovens de até 35 anos.
Ao final, a Presidente da ABES-PA presenteou a coordenadora do curso, Glauciane Silva, com o livro comemorativo da seção paraense da ABES e sorteou dois exemplares da revista Bio entre o público presente.
“Estes momentos são de fundamental importância para o fortalecimento do relacionamento com instituições de ensino, que atuam no setor de saneamento e áreas afins para o fortalecimento destas questões em nosso estado”, enfatizou Vanessa Mello.
