ABES-RS promove 2º evento preparatório do 12° Simpósio Internacional de Qualidade Ambiental- SIQA

Com moderação de Renata Farias Oliveira, diretora da ABES-RS e da R&B Soluções Ambientais, o evento foi realizado no ABES Conecta e teve como palestrante Maicon Preuss, especialista em sustentabilidade e gestão de projetos. Assista no YouTube.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental Seção Rio Grande do Sul (ABES-RS) promoveu, nesta quinta-feira, 10 de novembro, o 2º Evento Preparatório do 12° Simpósio Internacional de Qualidade Ambiental- SIQA. O webinar teve como tema “Sustentabilidade empresarial – o papel do profissional” e contou com apoio institucional da Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (Corsan).

Com moderação de Renata Farias Oliveira, engenheira química, diretora da ABES-RS e da R&B Soluções Ambientais, o evento teve como palestrante Maicon Preuss, biólogo, especialista em sustentabilidade e gestão de projetos e gestor ambiental.  

Em sua abordagem sobre o tema, o especialista destacou, entre os tópicos a evolução do conceito de sustentabilidade, ESG (sigla em inglês para Ambiental, Social e Governança0) e as principais práticas do mercado.

Maicon Preuss ressaltou a importância do assunto para as empresas e consumidores, que dão preferência para as organizações que adotam práticas sustentáveis. Ele citou as principais pautas da sustentabilidade e do ESG. Destacou também que o mercado busca profissionais com qualificação, comunicação e liderança. Segundo ele, o profissional deve reunir visão e pensamento sistêmicos, inteligência emocional, adaptabilidade, valorizar a diversidade, ter empatia, solucionar problemas e ser inovador.

I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.
