ABES-SP: Subseção Bauru integra o “V Fórum de Recursos Hídricos”, do Conselho Regional de Química

O presidente da Subseção Bauru e coordenador da Câmara Técnica de Meio Ambiente e Mudanças Climáticas da ABES-SP, Ricardo Crepaldi, foi um dos integrantes do V Fórum de Recursos Hídricos, promovido em São Paulo no dia 20 de março pelo Conselho Regional de Química – 4ª Região, em comemoração ao Dia Mundial da Água (22 de março).

Coordenado pela CT de Meio Ambiente do CRQ4, o encontro, que teve cerca de 80 participantes, entre estudantes e profissionais do setor de Saneamento, contou, além de Crepaldi, com presenças de representes da Sabesp, Poli-USP, Veolia, Basf e Coca-Cola, que debateram alternativas visando ao abastecimento e ao reúso de água.

A palestra de encerramento foi feita pelo especialista internacional Roberto Roche, PhD sobre acidentes ambientais e a responsabilidades dos gestores ambientais.

Além de coordenar uma das mesas, Crepaldi apresentou palestra com o tema “Futuro da Água”, abordando o Plano Municipal de Saneamento Básico, dados do Conselho Mundial da Água e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, definidos pela ONU. O presidente da Subseção Bauru também fez uma apresentação sobre a ABES e a Seção São Paulo e convidou o público a se associar à entidade. “Foi um ótimo espaço de exposição da nossa Associação. Muitos palestrantes e participantes vieram conversar sobre as iniciativas da ABES e se interessaram por nossas atividades e produtos, como a Livraria, por exemplo”, relata Crepaldi.

O químico destaca ainda dois estudantes de Presidente Prudente, no interior de São Paulo – Jean Oliveira e Arthur Santos, que viajaram mais de 10 horas de ônibus para estar no evento na capital paulista. “Parabenizo os jovens pelo interesse e disposição. Estão felizes em participar da ABES e pretendem se engajar, por meio da subseção de Presidente Prudente, nas ações continuas da ABES na região. A Subseção Bauru também está de portas abertas para a participação deles e de todos que se interessarem em contribuir para a melhoria do Saneamento Ambiental e da qualidade de vida das pessoas.”

A ABES-SP sorteou entre os presentes um livro de sua Livraria, “Qualidade das Águas e Poluição: Aspectos Físico Químicos”, dos autores Roque Passos Piveli e Mario Takayuki Kato. O ganhador foi Henrique Reismann.
