Nesta quarta-feira, 29 de março, o presidente nacional da ABES, Alceu Guérios Bittencourt, teve uma reunião com Silvio Artur Pereira, chefe de gabinete do ministro do Ministério das Cidades, Jader Barbalho, e com Fernanda Rodrigues, procuradora da pasta. O diretor executivo da Associação, Josivan Cardoso, e o presidente da ABES-Rio, Miguel Fernández y Fernández, também participaram do encontro, que aconteceu em Brasília/DF.
A reunião teve como foco discutimos os ofícios de convite ao ministro para participar da abertura e da palestra magna do segundo dia do 32º Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (CBESA) – o Congresso da ABES, o mais importante evento de saneamento ambiental do Brasil, que será realizado em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, de 21 a 24 de maio.
