Automação e controle na gestão ganham destaque no  IV Seminário de Gestão e Controle de Perdas de Água

O painel 4 do IV Seminário de Gestão e Controle de Perdas de Água discutiu o tema “automação e controle na gestão de perdas”, sob a coordenação de Cezio Carlo Mazuroski, da Unidade de Serviço de Projetos Especiais USPE /SANEPAR. O Seminário tem realização da ABES – Diretoria Nacional e da ABES- Seção Paraná.

Waldecir Colombini, da ENORSUL, palestrou sobre resultados em projetos de setorização e automação, apresentando um breve histórico da automação, onde foi mostrado os resultados na implantação de controle através de pontos remotos críticos na rede de distribuição. A utilização de soluções adotadas nos contratos de desempenho, onde a remuneração é função dos resultados obtidos com a redução de perdas.

Ricardo Popov, da SUEZ, abordou o sistema de monitoramento focado na gestão de perdas. Mostrou a solução da ferramenta de software desenvolvida pela SUEZ que oferece interfaces para análise com o objetivo de otimizar a  operação, diagnósticos de problemas preventivamente, controle da manutenção e eficiência energética. Está ferramenta é utilizada nas concessões ou por terceiros.

O tema “moduladores para inversores de frequência e válvulas de controle” foi explanado à plateia por Paulo Silas, da Itron. Para melhorar os resultados no controle de elevatórias com modulação de velocidade e válvulas redutoras de pressão, o palestrante apresentou as soluções adotadas utilizando o controle da curva de vazão com realimentação pelo dado do ponto remoto, a solução adota um modelo de inteligência artificial que aprende com o sistema e depois cria a curva base de controle.

Finalizando as apresentações, Eduardo Barbosa Carvalho, da Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento – CORSAN, falou sobre operação e manutenção do sistema de controle por telemetria. Mostrou a utilização dos dados pelo Centro de Controle (CCO) para a gestão de perdas, monitoramento e controle do sistema de distribuição de água e a integração futura em um CCO centralizado.

Para o coordenador do painel, Cezio Carlo Mazur, o objetivo da discussão foi atingido. “Apresentou uma visão geral, desde a aplicação da base de automação (instrumentação) até a possibilidade de implantação de ferramentas de controle com inteligência para facilitar o dia a dia da operação e a gestão dos sistemas de abastecimento de água, na busca da redução de perdas entre outros fatores.”, ressalta.

Ele destaca ainda que o evento é importante para nivelar o conhecimento geral sobre o tema para todas as empresas de saneamento, tendo em vista que o Brasil tem uma realidade muito diferente entre cada região. “Falta um planejamento de longo prazo do governo federal buscando o cumprimento das metas para o saneamento, com a busca de soluções dentro da realidade de cada região e com o cumprimento de fases, visando buscar atingir os níveis de perda de água de países desenvolvidos.”
