Com a nova coordenação, o Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS, um dos maiores prêmios setoriais do Brasil, inicia um novo ciclo
O CNQA tem contribuído para aperfeiçoar os instrumentos de gestão das empresas ligadas ao saneamento no Brasil. E para ampliar o acesso da população à infraestrutura de água e esgotos, refletindo positivamente na universalização dos serviços. A afirmação é de Rosana Dias, gerente PMO Projeto SiiS – Sistema Integrado de Informações da Sabesp e a mais nova coordenadora do Comitê. Com a nova coordenação, o Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS, um dos maiores prêmios setoriais do Brasil, encerra um ciclo de 20 anos.
O prêmio, explica Rosana, tem disseminado a aplicação do Modelo de Gestão baseado nos critérios de excelência da Fundação Nacional da Qualidade – FNQ e auxiliado a formar profissionais capacitados e a implantar e manter o modelo em suas empresas. “Além disso, tem formado examinadores, oriundos de diversas áreas, mas que adquiriram notada experiência com os temas ligados ao saneamento e passaram a ser também atores na busca pela universalização dos serviços”, complementa.
“Fico lisonjeada por passar a integrar este importante Comitê com o propósito de empenhar todos os esforços na continuidade deste brilhante trabalho, que no princípio era um grande sonho e com a participação de centenas de pessoas de todo o Brasil se transformou nesta grande ferramenta de mobilização pelo setor de saneamento”, ressalta Rosana Dias.
Para a ex-coordenadora do Comitê, que agora atuará como adjunta, Nercy Bonato, o sentimento é de gratidão. “Nesse momento, o importante para mim é agradecer à ABES e ao CNQA pelo apoio e pela oportunidade que tive ao longo dos anos em participar desse movimento que contribui para que a gestão do saneamento tenha foco em resultados e que busque a sustentabilidade das organizações e a melhoria continua da prestação dos serviços à toda população”, diz. “Deixo aqui um agradecimento especial para as amigas do CNQA: Ellen Martha Pristch e Cassilda Teixeira de Carvalho que abriram meus horizontes e minha visão de mundo”.
