O painel “Saneamento 4.0 para uma sociedade 5.0”, foi um dos destaques do início da tarde desta terça-feira, 19 de outubro, no 31º Congresso da ABES (Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental) e Fitabes 2021 (Feira Internacional de Tecnologias de Saneamento Ambiental) que está sendo realizado em formato híbrido na cidade de Curitiba-PR, e em uma plataforma digital exclusiva. O painel teve a coordenação de Selma Aparecida Cubas, presidente da ABES-PR, e contou com a moderação de Cristiane Michiko Passos Okawa, da Universidade Estadual de Maringá-PR e da ABES. Para falar sobre a enorme importância da inovação e uso da tecnologia para a sociedade, sustentabilidade e como tudo isso se aplica para a universalização do saneamento participaram do painel, todos de forma remota, Paulo Spacca, presidente da ABINC – Associação de Internet das Coisas – IoT e Comitê Cidades Inteligentes; Carlos Hardt, professor da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Paraná (PUC-PR); e Daniel Bocalão Júnior, assessor de diretoria da Sabesp.
Spacca fez sua apresentação contando a história da ABINC, seus pilares de atuação, a forma de trabalho e quais são os objetivos da associação, fazendo um paralelo com a evolução da internet no mundo e os impactos que ela causou na vida da sociedade ao longo dos anos., passando pela “internet das coisas” e chegando nas cidades inteligentes.“Primeiro é um prazer enorme participar do 31º Congresso da ABES e me sinto muito honrado em estar neste painel para bater esse papo”, disse Spacca.
Carlos Hardt trouxe uma análise focada na sociedade urbana e rural, que é muito desigual, para falar sobre as premissas ‘saneamento & sociedade’ com uma apresentação intitulada “Saneamento 4.0, Sociedade 5.0 Utopia?”. “Obrigado a ABES por me proporcionar essa oportunidade de discutir questões que são tão importantes para nossa sociedade”, expressou Hardt.
Daniel Bocalão Jr. fechou o painel com uma palestra que mostrou na prática como alguns processos da Sabesp, com a transformação digital, melhoraram a qualidade de vida das pessoas. Com o tema “Saneamento 4.0 – Case Sabesp”, destacou ações na unidade de negócio Capivari/Jundiaí – RJ. “Gostaria de agradecer a ABES pelo convite para participar desse painel e parabenizar meus colegas que palestraram antes de mim”, comentou ao final.
O 31º Congresso da ABES, o mais importante evento de saneamento ambiental do Brasil, foi realizado entre os dias 17 a 20 de outubro, em formato híbrido: presencialmente, no Expo Unimed Curitiba, na capital paranaense, e virtualmente, em plataforma digital. Esta edição do encontro teve como tema central “Cidades Inteligentes conectadas com o saneamento e o meio ambiente: desafio dos novos tempos”.
