A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, por meio de suas  Câmaras Temáticas Nacionais de Resíduos Sólidos, Saúde Ambiental e Comunicação, e com a colaboração de integrantes da Comissão de Estudos Especiais de Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas  (CEE 129 ABNT), disponibiliza o documento  “Recomendações para a gestão de resíduos em situação de pandemia por Coronavírus (COVID-19)”, cumprindo sua missão de compartilhar conhecimento para o desenvolvimento do saneamento ambiental no Brasil e a melhoria da qualidade de vida das pessoas.
