CT de Gestão de Recursos Hídricos no 28º CBESA: ABES criará Grupo de Trabalho online com componentes da Câmara, representantes de conselhos de recursos hídricos e associados

Durante o 28º Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental da ABES, no Rio de Janeiro, além Mesa Redonda, que abordou “A PL 1907/2015 propostas de  alterações na lei que instituiu a Política Nacional de Recursos Hídricos e as repercussões no saneamento ambiental”, ocorreu também a reunião para escolha da nova coordenação e secretaria da CT – que até o Congresso tinha Paulo Renato Paim como um dos coordenadores – para o biênio 2015-2017.

Na mesa redonda com palestrantes da Confederação Nacional da Industria – CNI, da Associação Brasileira de Recursos Hídricos – ABRH, de Paulo Renato Paim, presidente da Agência Estadual de Recursos Hídricos do Estado do Espirito Santo, foram discutidas e avaliadas as repercussões das mudanças na Lei 9433/95, a Política Nacional de Recursos Hídricos, naquilo que diz respeito ao saneamento ambiental.

Paim presidiu os trabalhos da Câmara no evento, que contou, ainda, com a presença da diretora nacional da ABES e articuladora das Câmaras Temáticas, Maria Lucia Coelho Silva.

Além disso, na ocasião, de acordo com Célia Regina Alves Rennó, da ABES MG, e a nova coordenadora da CT, ficou acordado que a ABES criará um Grupo de Trabalho online com todos os componentes da Câmara Temática, mais um representante de cada seção estadual a ser indicado pelo respectivo presidente. Se possível, conforme Célia, integrarão o Grupo de Trabalho todos os representantes da ABES nos Conselhos de Recursos Hídricos e Comitês de Bacia, além de demais associados interessados.

A ideia é viabilizar um espaço online para que todos os associados do Brasil possam acompanhar essas discussões e produzir textos no âmbito da Câmara Temática.

O coordenador da Câmara Técnica de Recursos Hídricos da ABES-SP, o engenheiro Luis Eduardo Grisotto, também marcou presença na reunião. Ele relatou que esta Câmara Técnica tem hoje mais de 150 associados inscritos e vem realizando reuniões mensais com foco na discussão do tema ‘Escassez Hídrica’ e na construção do conhecimento sobre este assunto, com grande destaque na mídia.

Além da coordenação de Célia Regina Alves Rennó, da ABES Minas Gerais, a Câmara agora tem como coordenador adjunto Mário Cezar Guerino, da ABES Goiás, como secretária, Suzan Lannes de Andrada, da ABES Mato Grosso, e como secretário adjunto, Luis Eduardo Grisotto.
