CT Prestação de Serviços discute Selo de Qualidade 2018 e participação nos eventos da ABES

A Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes do Saneamento da ABES, que tem coordenação de Samanta Tavares de Souza e coordenação adjunta de Juliana Almeida Dutra, realizou reunião nesta quarta-feira, 7 de março, na sede da ABES-SP.

No encontro foi discutida a participação da CT nos eventos da ABES, além de novidades no Selo de Qualidade na Prestação de Serviços, que é promovido pela Câmara em parceria com o CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, responsável pelo PNQS – Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento.

A reunião contou com a participação de representantes de algumas empresas que receberam o Selo em sua primeira edição, no PNQS em 2017. Eles demonstraram grande interesse por conhecer mais sobre PNQS, dificuldades, avanços e dicas sobre como participar das premiações das categorias Cobre e Bronze.

A CT pretende levar para a Rio Water Week, a Semana Internacional da Água do Rio), que será realizada de 26 a 28 de novembro, um debate em formato de roda de discussão sobre a Lei das Estatais e os impactos para fornecedores e clientes.

Em 2018, a Câmara também pretende realizar um workshop com o tema de Contratos de Risco e Performance. A ideia é tratar do tema utilizando os pilares do Manual de Performance da ABES, uma publicação exclusiva da entidade.

No XIV Sibesa – Simpósio Ítalo-Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental , que será promovido de 18 a 20 de junho em Foz do Iguaçu/PR, a CT terá painel com o tema  “Fornecedores vencedores do Selo de Qualidade aos Fornecedores da Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental – SQFSA: ganhos para o dia a dia e expectativas para o futuro”.
