CT Produtos Químicos: workshop abordará melhorias no processo de controle de qualidade

Vasti e Cristina: pioneirismo da CT na criação de regras e procedimentos para o Controle de Qualidade de Produtos Químicos utilizados para tratamento de água no Brasil

A Câmara Temática Qualidade de Produtos Químicos, coordenada por Maria Cristina Coimbra Marodin e Vasti Ribeiro Facincani (adjunta), promoverá, em setembro, um workshop para melhorias contínuas no processo de controle de qualidade de produtos químicos para tratamento de água implantado no país. Neste cenário, a CTQPQ seguirá sendo a referência nacional oficial para atualização das regras e divulgação das informações para consultas sobre o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados em tratamento de água para consumo humano.

Durante o ano, a Câmara vai continuar divulgando os procedimentos estabelecidos nos modelos desenvolvidos por esta e aprovados pelo Ministério da Saúde para o Laudo de Atendimento aos Requisitos de Saúde (LARS) e para o Comprovante de Baixo Risco à Saúde (CBRS), bem como para o Documento de Encaminhamento do CBRS e do LARS a Autoridade de Saúde (DECLAS), visando fortalecer as práticas necessárias à garantia da qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados em tratamento de água de consumo humano.

Outra meta estabelecida, segundo as coordenadoras da Câmara, é a sistematização do funcionamento do site da CTQPQ/ABES, entre maio e junho, de forma a centralizar informações atualizadas, necessárias às operadoras, fornecedores, laboratórios e órgãos oficiais de controle, correlatos à qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados em tratamento de água para consumo humano. O objetivo, neste caso, é promover a ampliação do mercado nacional de laboratórios capacitados a atender às exigências legais, além de divulgar informações atualizadas sobre o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados em tratamento de água para consumo humano, visando à proteção da saúde da população abastecida.

Controle de qualidade

Desde a sua criação, a CTQPQ tem trabalhado na busca do estabelecimento de metodologias que visem o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados no tratamento de água. Com este foco, e por meio de uma construção participativa do setor, criou técnicas, procedimentos e ferramentas para o controle de qualidade dos produtos químicos atuando continuamente para a sua devida implementação, visando à proteção da saúde da população brasileira e o cumprimento de novas exigências legais.

Neste contexto, a CTQPQ já desenvolveu:

– Critérios para controle da qualidade dos produtos químicos utilizados em tratamento de água para consumo humano visando à saúde da população brasileira, que culminaram na publicação e posterior revisão da NBR 15 784 pela ABNT;

– Modelo para exigência destes critérios nas licitações – Trecho sugestivo para ser utilizado pelas Companhias de Saneamento, em seus Termos de Referência (TR), visando o atendimento às exigências legais quanto ao Controle de Qualidade dos produtos químicos, pelos fornecedores;

– Modelo de Laudo de Atendimento aos Requisitos de Saúde – LARS, posteriormente aprovado pelo Ministério da Saúde por meio da NI 157/2014; Modelo de Comprovante de Baixo Risco a Saúde para o produto químico- CBRS, posteriormente aprovado pelo Ministério da Saúde por meio da NI 157/2014;

– Modelo de documento de encaminhamento do CBRS e do LARS à autoridade de saúde (DECLAS), também aprovado pelo Ministério da Saúde por meio da NI 157/2014;

– Modelo de site da CTQPQ, implementando-o no âmbito na ABES-Nacional e institucionalizando a disponibilização dos modelos de TR (Termo de Referência), LARS, CBRS e DECLAS para todo Brasil.

Principais Realizações em 2015

– Esclarecimentos a dúvidas, de toda ordem, a respeito do processo nacional de controle de qualidade de produto químico utilizados no tratamento de água para consumo humano, apresentadas pelos entes do setor (consumidores, laboratórios, fornecedores e órgãos de saúde) por meio das ABES (nacional e seções) ou diretamente à CTQPO.

– Interfaces com os envolvidos, tanto para orientações e correções de desvios frente aos procedimentos necessários, como para reforço do processo de controle de qualidade de produto químico utilizados em tratamento de água estabelecido no país.

– Organização e realização da Mesa Redonda intitulada “PRODUTO QUÍMICO CONTROLADO – ÁGUA MAIS SEGURA: O que mais pode ser feito?”, no dia 07 de outubro, durante o 28º Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental da ABES, contando, entre outros, com as participações e palestras de representantes do Ministério da Saúde e do Inmetro.
