Plataforma em cursos EAD voltados ao setor reafirma a atuação da ABES, em 51 anos de existência, pela capacitação e qualificação dos profissionais do Saneamento Ambiental. Os primeiros 10 cursos estão com inscrições abertas.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES acaba de lançar aUNIABES, a área da entidade voltada à educação e à promoção do conhecimento para o setor de Saneamento Ambiental no Brasil (acesse o site http://abes-dn.org.br/uniabes/) .

O objetivo da iniciativa, um marco na história de 51 anos da ABES e do setor de Saneamento Ambiental, é disseminar as boas práticas no setor, apoiando profissionais de toda a cadeia produtiva do Saneamento Ambiental no país – operadoras, prestadores de serviços, reguladores, prestadores de serviços, fornecedores e projetistas, entre outros. Capacitação, qualificação, certificação, gestão do conhecimento e aperfeiçoamento humano são o foco de atuação da UNIABES.

Por meio de diversos Centros de Conhecimento, entre os quais, o Centro de Conhecimento Capacitação, e contando com um  conceituado corpo de professores, tutores e coaches, a UNIABES disponibiliza 10 cursos em sua programação para 2017: dois deles criados pela ABES -Capacitação Técnica para a Regulação do Setor de Saneamento, com inscrições abertas (veja abaixo), e Tratamento de Esgotos Domésticos, e oito realizados em parceria com a Water Database Saneamento Básico, empresa de atuação reconhecida.

“A proposta é que os cursos permitam o desenvolvimento de novas competências, sejam técnico-operacionais, gerenciais ou de liderança, visando ampliar o conhecimento das pessoas que fazem o saneamento acontecer no Brasil, favorecendo a implementação de ações estruturais e estruturantes, essa última ponto focal do PLANSAB – PLANO NACIONAL DE SANEAMENTO BÁSICO”, ressalta Mario Augusto Bággio, sócio gerente da Water Database Saneamento Básico.

Com a programação 2017, a ABES amplia a atuação em EAD iniciada com o curso Regulação dos Serviços de Saneamento – teoria e prática, realizado em parceria com  Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento – BID, que encerrou no mês de janeiro desde ano e foi sucesso de conteúdo e de participação.

Para o presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza, a parceria entre a Associação e a Water Database representa a maior iniciativa do setor de Saneamento Ambiental em EAD em todo o território nacional. “Vamos disponibilizar conteúdos para todas as regiões do país, atendendo também às demandas específicas. O que estamos propondo é um avanço e uma grande oportunidade para a promoção do Saneamento e do sanitarista brasileiro.”
