O encontro aconteceu na sede da entidade.
As apresentações foram feitas pelos palestrantes Fernando Cintra Mortara, engenheiro ambiental do Departamento Técnico da Moomi Inovação em Ecoeficiência; Gustavo Rettore da Silva Paranhos, biólogo, diretor de contratos na AMBPRO Serviços Ambientais; e Carolina Born Toffoli, que é geógrafa, especialista ambiental na Coordenadoria de Biodiversidade e Recursos Naturais da Secretaria Estadual de Meio Ambiente (SMA/CBRN).
Em sua palestra, Gustavo Paranhos discorreu sobre o panorama do profissional do Saneamento. “Gostaria de agradecer aos membros do JPS, em particular, o Thomas, pelo convite. Achei fantástica essa oportunidade, pois pude apresentar os desafios do dia a dia de exercer a profissão como pessoa jurídica e conhecer a realidade das pessoas que se apresentaram no evento. Apresentações e a realidade de empresas públicas, como a representante da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, que eu desconhecia. Eles estão buscando a otimização da empresa pública que não podemos ver do lado de fora”, ressalta. Ele explica que com a palestra do Fernando Mortara, pôde ver que existe um limiar entre o CLT e o CNPJ que hoje está cada vez menor. “Existe uma relação entre o empregado e o trabalhador que pode virar uma parceria. Acredito que cada vez mais as relações de trabalho se tornam horizontais. Nas pequenas empresas, principalmente, o profissional como pessoa jurídica tem atuado de forma independente”, diz. Segundo o biólogo, nesse ramo existem grandes desafios na questão de se empresariar e entender todo o contexto do empresariado. “Vai muito além do conteúdo técnico. Precisamos entender legislação fiscal e formas de contrato. O conteúdo técnico fica restrito dentro de todas as atividades necessárias para ser uma pessoa jurídica”, afirma e conta que no último slide da sua apresentação, passou um exercício de como criar a própria empresa com alguns questionamentos tanto da teoria quanto da prática. “Ressaltei a necessidade do recém-formado buscar as questões práticas da prestação de serviço. Falei sobre como fazer o passo a passo para atingir o seu objetivo, realizar um bom serviço e angariar novos clientes, pesquisa de mercado para avaliação dos serviços, identificação e importância do público alvo, precificação dos serviços, retorno dos investimentos, estratégia de marketing e de vendas, modelos de propostas, acompanhamento do projeto, modelo de entrega e de faturamento e como colocar em um business plan. Apresentei o modelo Canvas, do Sebrae”, elenca Gustavo. “Meu objetivo foi agregar valor a formação de empresa, pois vai muito além da questão técnica”, enfatiza Gustavo.
Thomas destaca que ficou “muito feliz com a contribuição dos três palestrantes, contando suas experiências pessoais de anos na área de meio ambiente e saneamento”, diz. Segundo ele, foi interessante também ver a franqueza dos especialistas ao apontar as vantagens e desvantagens do diferentes caminhos profissionais: pessoa jurídica, celetista e servidor público. “O que foi mostrado é que tem diferentes possibilidades de crescimento nos três [cenários], assim como diferentes dificuldades, com a instabilidade muito maior do empresário ou pessoa jurídica. Foi bastante esclarecedor para o público presente”, frisa.
