JPS-GO promove em Goiânia debate sobre o 8º Fórum Mundial da Água

O programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES Seção Goiás (JPS/ABES-GO), que tem coordenação de Luanna Gonçalves de Paula, realizou, no dia 25 de abril, uma mesa de diálogo sobre a experiência vivenciada pelos integrantes no 8º Fórum Mundial da Água, evento ocorrido em março, em Brasília/DF, que reuniu cerca de 120 mil participantes. O encontro, que abordou importantes temas discutidos no fórum, ocorreu no auditório do Instituto Federal de Goiás – IFG e contou também com o apoio do Crea-GO Jovem.

Na abertura do evento, a presidente da ABES-GO, Marisa Pignataro de Sant’Anna, falou à plateia, formada em sua grande maioria por jovens, sobre questões do saneamento em Goiás e das ações da ABES neste sentido. Ela aproveitou para convidar os presentes a se associarem a entidade, ressaltando a importância desta no desenvolvimento tanto pessoal como profissional de cada um, além da participação da associação nas discussões do setor. Marisa abordou ainda a MP do saneamento (A ABES se posiciona contra a revisão por meio de MP – leia mais aqui), assim como o diretor nacional Mario Cezar Guerino, que também participou do encontro. “Foi um evento bastante concorrido, com discussões muito ricas e jovens interessados”, salienta Marisa.

Entre os destaques do evento, a presidente da seção cita a palestra “Tecnologias Avançadas para Tratamento de Água e Efluente”, ministrada pela bióloga Marcela Felix. “O tema foi bastante comentado porque alguns países com baixa disponibilidade de água estão fazendo reúso de esgoto para obter água potável para abastecimento”, explica. “Foi apresentado, inclusive, um sistema de membranas que está sendo utilizado na CAESB, no Distrito Federal, cuja água do Lago Norte está sendo tratada com esta tecnologia”, conta.

Além deste tema, o evento contou com a apresentação das palestras: “Crise Hídrica e Reúso”, com a engenheira Ana Paula Soares;  “Eficiência Energética e Operacional”, ministrada pelo engenheiro eletricista Augusto Antônio; “Pagamento por Serviços e Qualidade de Água” foi o tema abordado pela bióloga Claudia Alves; e o engenheiro civil Guilherme Victor discorreu sobre “Saneamento Público e Privado”.

A participação do JPS-GO no 8º Fórum Mundial da Água foi possível graças à vitória de  dias equipes do Estado de Goiás (1º e 2º lugar) nas Olímpiadas JPS do Congresso ABES FENASAN 2017, atividade que busca testar o conhecimento sobre a área de saneamento e reuniu equipes formadas pelos núcleos do JPS em todo o país. Como prêmio, os jovens ganharam ingressos e hospedagem para o evento (leia mais aqui).
