O Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES-SP marcará presença na Virada Sustentável, que começa nesta quinta-feira na capital paulistana. “Visto a importância do evento e atratividades, o JPS se organizou para participar em conjunto no evento, priorizando aqueles que se aproximam de nossa temática”, explica Thomas Ficarelli, coordenador do JPS-SP.
Os integrantes do JPS-SP participarão de duas atividades do evento neste sábado, dia 27: HackRoça e Energia Fotovoltaica (leia mais abaixo). O grupo marcou como ponto de encontro a catraca do Metrô Pinheiros, às 13h. “Iniciando o percurso pela Praça Victor Civita, para depois irmos de metrô ao Paperbox Lab conhecer a maquete solar.”

A Virada Sustentável chega a São Paulo nesta quinta-feira e acontece até domingo, 28 de agosto. A 6ª edição do evento conta com diversas atividades culturais de educação socioambiental e traz como principal eixo temático os Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), agenda mundial construída pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) visando definir novos rumos para o desenvolvimento humano para os próximos 15 anos.
Entre os destaques, estão: a programação especial no Parque Ibirapuera, com instalações, teatro e atividades lúdicas para adultos e crianças, além da 3ª edição do SP+ZEN, no Museu de Arte Moderna (MAM); uma rica programação nos CEUs e Fábricas de Cultura da cidade, que inclui um intercâmbio entre artistas locais e estrangeiros do grafitti art com curadoria do artista Binho Ribeiro; uma edição especial do projeto “Pimp My Carroça”, do artista Mundano; uma sessão de meditação coletiva no topo do edifício Martinelli, promovida pelo grupo Awaken Love; e pedaladas na Av. Paulista e região com os grupos Bike Tour SP e Vá de Bike, entre outros.
