A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES lamenta a perda do sócio e amigo Eng. Percy Antônio Soares, nesta segunda-feira, 20 de junho. O engenheiro foi conselheiro nacional da ABES e foi diretor da ABES-RS.
Sua trajetória profissional foi dedicada inteiramente ao saneamento básico, com ênfase em água e esgoto. Foi diretor do Departamento Municipal de Água e Esgotos de Porto Alegre (DMAE) e da Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (Corsan). Atualmente, era Diretor da ECSAM Engenharia. Na ABES-RS estava sempre pronto a auxiliar, participando com entusiasmo de eventos e outras atividades.
