O segundo dia de apresentações da semifinal (Trip 2) da 3ª edição do Pitch Live aconteceu nesta quinta-feira, 7 de outubro. O evento é realizado pela Vale do Pinhão, em parceria com a ABES – Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (ABES) e a Agência Curitiba de Desenvolvimento e Inovação. Na ocasião, 12 de 24 startups classificadas trouxeram suas soluções inovadoras para a banca de jurados. Na quarta-feira (6), ocorreu a Trip 1 da disputa, com outras 12 selecionadas. Desse total, 12 passaram mais esta etapa e vão para a grande final.
Com apresentação de Marlon Alves Cardoso, coordenador geral de Programas de Empreendedorismo e Inovação da Agência Curitiba de Desenvolvimento e Inovação, a abertura do evento contou com a participação da presidente da ABES Seção Paraná, Selma Aparecida Cubas, e de Frederico Munhoz da Rocha Lacerda, presidente em exercício da Agência Curitiba de Desenvolvimento e Inovação.

A grande final e a premiação das startups vencedoras acontecerão no dia 20 de outubro, diretamente do palco do 31º Congresso da ABES, que acontecerá no Expo Unimed, em Curitiba (PR). O evento ocorrerá de 17 a 20 de outubro, com o tema “Cidades Inteligentes conectadas com o saneamento e o meio ambiente: desafio dos novos tempos”.

O propósito da iniciativa é dar visibilidade às startups e suas inovações junto aos atores que podem ajudá-la a crescer e se projetar ao sucesso. Para isso elas se apresentam a uma banca formada por investidores, pesquisadores, mentores e empresários de inovação. Neste ano, devido à parceria com a ABES, o evento tem abrangência nacional e startups de todo país puderam participar.
Foram mais de 82 inscritas e após a análise da base, restaram 77 inscrições efetivadas.
Destas, 54 foram válidas, considerando os critérios do regulamento. Dentre as soluções, conforme a área, foram: 10 de cidades inteligentes, 7 de saneamento, 6 de meio ambiente e 1 de sustentabilidade.
Quanto à origem das startups, foram 11 de Curitiba – PR e 13 de outras cidades, sendo: 3 de São Paulo – SP e 1 representante de Itapira – SP, Barueri – SP, São Carlos – SP, Sorocaba – SP, Campo Largo – PR, Maringá – PR, Florianópolis – SC, Governador Valadares – MG, Mariana – MG e Campo Grande – MS.
Premiação – As inscritas concorrerão ao Mérito Nacional da Inovação, concedido pela ABES e Agência Curitiba, como também valores em dinheiro e outros benefícios, como mentorias e possibilidade de participar de rodadas de investimento.
