PNQS 2021: Confira as novidades desta edição, com Samanta Tavares de Souza, coordenadora do CNQA

Este ciclo terá o Prêmio de Gestão de Ativos e o lançamento do ABES ESG Index. O Seminário de Benchmarking e a Cerimônia de Premiação serão realizados nos dias 8 e 9 de dezembro, em Campinas (SP).

O Seminário de Benchmarking e a Cerimônia de Premiação do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS Ciclo 2021 serão realizados nos dias 8 e 9 de dezembro, em Campinas, no interior de São Paulo. Considerado o “Oscar do saneamento”, este é o único prêmio de gestão do setor no mundo. 

Entre as principais novidades do ano, o evento terá o Prêmio de Gestão de Ativos, conforme detalha Samanta Tavares de Souza, coordenadora do Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES – CNQA, que promove o PNQS.  “O Prêmio aborda a temática de melhoria na gestão dos ativos de saneamento de forma sistêmica, trazendo benefícios para todas as partes interessadas”, detalha. 

Além disso, o Selo de Fornecedores é uma das inovações que apareceram recentemente no PNQS. O objetivo é envolver a cadeia produtiva do saneamento, adotando boas práticas. 

“Não basta apenas evoluir as operadoras de saneamento. Quando a gente fala de capitalismo do stakeholder, estamos falando também dos resultados e dos impactos que a gente traz para os nossos clientes e fornecedores. Olhando especificamente para o bloco de fornecedores, o selo foi criado justamente para estimular que essa cadeia produtiva também entrasse na esteira do modelo de excelência em gestão, que acompanhasse a evolução das operadoras. Isso era uma demanda das concessionárias, de montar produtos que contribuíssem para os fornecedores. Foi uma parceria do CNQA com a Câmara Temática da ABES de Prestação de Serviços e de Relacionamento com o Cliente”, conta Samanta. 

Além de ter contribuído com o setor de Saneamento no Brasil, o PNQS incrementa as relações internacionais, por meio de suas missões em outros países.

“O PNQS é um prêmio que tem mais de 20 anos e que ajudou e colaborou muito com a evolução das empresas de saneamento, na busca da inovação de novas práticas que atendam todas as partes interessadas do processo. Nós realizamos anualmente, após a premiação, um Seminário de Benchmarking, uma missão internacional, onde a gente promove trocas de experiências com outros países e com as empresas vencedoras do PNQS, de forma a trazer as melhores práticas encontradas no mundo para dentro do Brasil e para levar nossas práticas aos países anfitriões das nossas missões.”

 ESG no PNQS 

Outra novidade é a inserção do ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) no prêmio. A iniciativa está sendo realizada em conjunto pelo Comitê Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento – CNQA e a Câmara Temática da ABES de Indicadores de Desempenho para o Saneamento Ambiental – CTIDISA, que se juntaram para buscar as melhores práticas de ESG no âmbito mundial. 

“Nós fizemos um trabalho de benchmarking mundial identificando as melhores premiações em ESG, as melhores avaliações. A partir dessa ação, realizada no início do primeiro semestre de 2021, construímos um indexador de ESG adaptado aos processos de saneamento, que será lançado nesse encontro do Seminário de Benchmarking do PNQS em dezembro em Campinas”, antecipa Samanta.

Em 15 de outubro, a Comissão do CNQA divulgou as empresas reconhecidas nas Categorias AMEGSA (As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental) e SQFSA (Selo de Qualidade dos Fornecedores da Prestação de Serviços e Insumos de Saneamento Ambiental) do PNQS Ciclo 2021.
