Organizado pela Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, encontro abordará a manutenção da saúde financeira das empresas de utilities para garantir os investimentos e a qualidade dos serviços.
O presidente da Sabesp, Jerson Kelman, é um dos convidados do seminário “Estratégia de Recuperação de Crédito – Como Reduzir a Inadimplência em Tempos de Crise”, que será promovido pela Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes da ABES no dia em 12 de maio, em São Paulo.
O evento reunirá empresas que têm grande reflexo no impacto da inadimplência nacional nos setores de varejo, energia elétrica, água e gás, entre outros. Kelman discorrerá sobre “A Importância dos Resultados financeiros no Ambiente Regulado”. “A abordagem deste tema motiva a repensar diretrizes para a reestruturação tarifaria que, como no caso da Sabesp, é a única fonte de receitas para a expansão da infraestrutura e qualidade dos serviços”, afirma.
Para o presidente da Sabesp, ao expandir seus temas para além das questões técnicas relacionadas à operação do saneamento básico, a ABES reforça seu comprometimento com a evolução do setor. “Trata-se de uma iniciativa fundamental para que se possa oferecer melhores condições na prestação de serviços essenciais para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico do País. É, portanto, um debate relevante para identificação de vulnerabilidades e proposição de alternativas que garantam a sustentabilidade dos prestadores de serviços, sobretudo em períodos de crise econômica como hoje vivenciamos”, ressalta.
O seminário
Entre as presenças confirmadas para as palestras, além do presidente da Sabesp, Jerson Kelman, do presidente nacional da ABES, Dante Ragazzi Pauli, e do presidente da ABES-SP, Alceu Guérios Bittencourt, estão representantes da AES Eletropaulo; prestadores de serviços de cobrança no setor de saneamento e energia e Deep – Desenvolvimento e Envolvimento Estratégico de Pessoas e Clientes. Haverá ainda a participação do economista Rogério César de Souza, do Departamento de Economia Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo, analisando aspectos macro e microeconômicos.
“A ideia do encontro é apresentar respostas inovadoras capazes de contribuir com a evolução das práticas de cobrança, a fim de equilibrar os interesses entre os diversos stakeholders das prestadoras de serviço do Brasil”, explica a coordenadora da Câmara, Samanta Tavares de Souza. Ela ressalta que o grande desafio no atual cenário brasileiro é manter a saúde financeira das empresas de utilities para garantir os investimentos. “Até porque trabalhamos em um ambiente regulado e manter a arrecadação possibilita os investimentos necessários para um melhor atendimento nos serviços.”
Para a coordenadora adjunta da CT, Juliana Almeida Dutra, as ações de recuperação de créditos realizadas sob a análise do ponto de vista de todos os stakeholders não só aumentam os percentuais de recebimento como também apoiam a não reincidência. “Temos casos que serão apresentados de resultados de 80% de sucesso onde o foco foi uma estratégia de equilíbrio de interesses e melhoria da imagem da concessionária na região. Quando o que se busca é o alinhamento de objetivos por meio da análise de mais de um ponto de vista da mesma meta as estratégias de financiamento de negócios apresentam resultados mais perenes e sustentáveis”.
