Na última quart-feira, 12 de janeiro, foi publicado no Diário Oficial da União o texto que regulamenta a Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010, que institui a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos. Acesse aqui o documento.

Nesta sexta-feira, 21, às 16h, a ABES, por meio da Câmara Temática de Resíduos Sólidos, promoverá um webinar para discutir o assunto.

O evento contará com palestra de Fabricio Soler, sócio da Felsberg Advogados. Participarão como debatedoras Alice Libânia Santana, diretora da ABES-MG, Jussara Kalil Pires, vice-presidente da ABES-RS, e Roseane Maria Garcia Lopes de Souza, diretora da ABES-SP e coordendora das Cãmaras de Resíduos (nacional e da ABES-SP).
