Segurança hídrica e proteção de mananciais são temas de evento online do ABES Conecta

Transmissão promovida pela ABES Seção São Paulo abordou as experiências na RMSP e nas bacias dos rios Piracicaba, Capivari e Jundiaí (PCJ).

Nesta quinta, 23 de julho, foi realizado evento online sobre segurança hídrica e proteção de mananciais, promovido pela Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – Seção São Paulo (ABES-SP), no programa ABES Conecta.

O encontro, que foi moderado por Luis Eduardo Grisotto, diretor da ABES-SP e coordenador da Câmara Técnica de Recursos Hídricos da seção, reuniu representantes do setor e discutiu as experiências na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo e nas bacias dos rios Piracicaba, Capivari e Jundiaí (PCJ). Entre os tópicos, foram abordadas as legislações vigentes para proteção dos mananciais, aumento da ocupação do solo, investimentos e desafios para preservação destas áreas.

Participaram da discussão Márcia Nascimento, mestre em saúde ambiental e assessora da CPLA da Secretaria de Infraestrutura e Meio Ambiente – SIMA do Estado de São Paulo; João José Demarchi, pesquisador da Secretaria de Agricultura e Abastecimento do Estado de São Paulo e coordenador da CTRN/Comitês PCJ; Ricardo Araújo, técnico da Diretoria Metropolitana da Sabesp.

Sorteio

Ao fim, foram sorteadas duas últimas bolsas de estudo entre associados da ABES para o Curso Livre de Capacitação em Saneamento Ambiental, promovido em parceria entre associação e Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP). Ao todo, foram sorteadas 30 bolsas de estudo ao longo dos últimos webinares do ABES Conecta.
