O CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, que promove o Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento- PNQS, realizou, de 4 a 11 de maio, a Missão PNQS no Chile com os reconhecidos de 2018. Este foi o primeiro país da América do Sul a receber a missão, cujo objetivo é conhecer as principais lições aprendidas pelos chilenos para alcançar a universalização do saneamento. Acesse aqui o álbum de fotos da missão.

Na segunda, dia 6, o grupo participou do Painel Institucional ANDESS – Asociación Nacional de Empresas de Servicios Sanitarios e realizou visita a SISS – Superintendencia de Servicios Sanitarios, a ECONSSA – Empresa.

No dia 9 de maio, a diretora nacional da ABES, Maria Lúcia Coelho Silva, a coordenadora (adjunta) do CNQA, Maria Ângela Dumont Sargaço; e o presidente da ABES-SP, Márcio Gonçalves de Oliveira, apresentam o prêmio em Maipú.

E na sexta, dia 10, foi realizada uma visita de Benchmarking à Reunión – Taller CEPAL, com o tema “Reformas de Agua Potable y Saneamiento en América Latina y el Caribe : Lecciones Aprendidas”.

A programação contemplou também visitas ao Museu Bellas Artes e ao Museu da Água SMAPA e à planta ESVAL (Empresa Sanitária de Valparaiso).
