XX Silubesa: diretores da ABES participam do evento em Portugal

Edição do evento foi realizada de 29 de junho a 1º de julho, na Universidade de Aveiro. Entidade foi representada por Maria Lucia Coelho e Josivan Cardoso.
 
Entre os dias 29 de junho e 1º de julho, aconteceu na Universidade de Aveiro, em Portugal, o XX Simpósio Luso-Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – Silubesa. 
 
Na ocasião, a diretora nacional da ABES, Maria Lúcia Coelho, e o diretor executivo e coordenador da Câmara Temática Gestão de Recursos Hídricos, Josivan Cardoso, representaram a entidade nesta edição do evento, que é uma realização conjunta entre a ABES, a Associação Portuguesa dos Recursos Hídricos (APRH) e a Associação Portuguesa de Engenharia Sanitária Ambiental (APESB).
 
Lucia Coelho integrou a mesa de abertura e de encerramento do Simpósio.

Na quinta-feira (30), No segundo dia, os diretores da ABES receberam a Comitiva da Secretaria de Estado do Ambiente e Sustentabilidade do Rio de Janeiro: o secretário José Ricardo e a subsecretária Ana Asti, além de outros membros da instituição. Também esteve presente Fernando Gomes, diretor da Aquapolo.

Os diretores da ABES e represetantes da APESB reuniram-se para discutir relações institucionais e planejamentos de ações conjuntas futuras entres as duas associações. Novidades luso-brasileiras serão informadas em breve. Participaram ainda do evento em Portugal,  a convite da ABES, Mayana Coutinho e Marcelo Danilo S. Bogalhão, diretores do Comitê Guandu. Mayana integrou a mesa “Nexo: Água, Energia e Alimentação”, moderada por Josivan Cardoso, no último dia do Silubesa 2022. O debate, segundo o diretor da ABES, ocorreu com a perspectiva de refletir o desafio da integração para efetivamente atender ao princípio fundamental que é envolver todos os atores no processo e assim gerar a efetivação de atividades referentes ao tema.

Também no derradeiro dia Josivan Cardoso moderou, juntamente com a professora Cristina Santos, a Sessão Técnica Presencial. E de acordo com ele, dos quatro trabalhos apresentados, três foram de profissionais brasileiros. No total, foram cerca de 150 trabalhos presenciais e online.
