PNQS: Seminário de Benchmarking no primeiro dia do evento de encerramento do Ciclo 2017 é sucesso de participação

Um sucesso total de participação e apresentação de cases. Foi assim que começou, nesta segunda-feira, dia 20 de novembro, o evento de encerramento do Ciclo 2017 do PNQS – Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento, promovido pela ABES, que aconteceu até terça-feira, 21, em Aracaju, Sergipe (confira aqui o álbum de fotos).

Nesta segunda, durante o Seminário de Benchmarking IGS (Inovação na Gestão no Saneamento) e PEOS (Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento) empresas apresentaram seus cases em quatro salas lotadas no Hotel Del Mar (veja aqui a lista dos cases).

“O Seminário de Benchmarking do PNQS desta segunda apresentou cases nas categorias IGS e PEOS, que é uma categoria nova, voltada à Eficiência Operacional e este ano com o tema “Perdas”. Graças à participação de todos, ao empenho de todas as companhias, de todos os profissionais do saneamento, estamos com as salas lotadas, os colegas prestigiando os seus colegas tanto das suas como das outras empresas, numa grande tarde de aprendizado e de troca de conhecimento. Agradeço a todos pela participação. Nós, da ABES, estamos muito felizes de poder acolher todos neste dia muito especial que está acontecendo em Aracaju”, ressalta Rosana Dias, coordenadora do CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES.

Maria Ângela Dumont Sargaço, também da coordenação, comemora o sucesso do evento. “Este ano no Ciclo do PNQS, todos os números superaram as expectativas, desde as inscrições dos cases do IGS e do PEOS. Hoje também nas quatro salas que tivemos apresentações superou as expectativas em termos de número de convites. Então, para nós, 2017 está sendo o primeiro ano dentro da nossa gestão do CNQA e há um retorno, um avanço muito grande do Prêmio em todos os sentidos. Vamos ver amanhã, a expectativa é que tenha mais gente ainda porque abrange as empresas de forma completa e isso atrai mais o público.”

Márcio Romero, da coordenação do PNQS, destacou as novidades deste ano. “O ciclo 2017 foi muito desafiador. Tivermos dois novos produtos, que são o Selo de Qualidade dos Fornecedores e o PEOS. Então, foram dois novos produtos do PNQS que vão contribuir para a melhoria do saneamento”, diz. “Além disso, tivemos a Categoria Rubi, que é a constância de proposta, ou seja, aquela empresa que já chegou em uma proporção máxima e tem que mostrar que melhorou os seus objetivos por meio da gestão”, explica. Para ele, a troca de experiência proporcionada é essencial à melhoria do setor. “Os seminários permitem um aprendizado entre profissionais e empresas que engrandece o saneamento. Nós, do CNQA, estamos sempre preocupados em encontrar inovação não só para manter o Prêmio, mas também para expandir e trazer novas formas de fomentar a melhoria da prestação dos serviços de saneamento ambiental no Brasil”, frisa.

Márcio Romero também destaca o sucesso do encontro. ” O evento superou as nossas expectativas. O número de participantes é recorde, um número enorme de pessoas contribuindo. Os trabalhos são de qualidade”, salienta. “Acompanhei a apresentação de um trabalho falando justamente sobre o PEOS. É realmente um nível de excelência que nos surpreende positivamente e traz benefícios para nós, que estamos trabalhando arduamente para melhorar as ações do CNQA”, conclui.

Para o presidente da ABES-SP e Superintendente da Sabesp Unidade de Negócio Leste da Sabesp, a apresentação dos trabalhos do IGS e do PEOS é uma troca de experiência muito importante para as empresas. “Estão sendo apresentados os cases do saneamento, que são importantes para fazer essa troca de melhorias no setor. Amanhã teremos o evento da experiência das vencedoras. É outro  momento de troca de experiência. Então o setor está evoluindo com essa troca, as empresas de norte a sul estão crescendo e melhorando cada vez mais os seus processos e trazendo resultados para a população.”
