O vice-presidente nacional da ABES, Carlos Alberto Rosito, foi um dos palestrantes, nesta terça-feira, 20 de junho, do painel “10 anos da Lei 11.445/2007 – Perspectivas e desafios da universalização” no 47º Congresso Nacional de Saneamento da Assemae.
Rosito, que esteve presente na cerimônia de abertura no evento, nesta segunda, 19, comentou sobre sua participação no debate. “Tivemos, nesta mesa redonda, a oportunidade de primeiro traçar um pouco para os participantes jovens do congresso que podem ainda não ter informações suficientes sobre a nossa ABES, o histórico dos nossos produtos. E para concluir, abordei os desafios do saneamento a nossa frente desses 10 anos da Lei 11.445, que, em linhas gerais, não apresentaram grandes diversidades daquilo que foi colocado pelos outros participantes”, frisou. “Foi uma grande satisfação para nós, da ABES, poder integrar esse seleto grupo de participantes dessa primeira mesa de debate do congresso da Assemae”, finalizou.
Carlos Rosito integrou a discussão ao lado de Ernâni Ciríaco de Miranda, diretor de Planejamento e Regulação da Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento Ambiental do Ministério das Cidades e associado ABES, Karla Viviane, superintendente da Funasa no Rio Grande do Sul, Alvaro Alencar, presidente da Assemae Regional do Rio Grande do Sul, que coordenou o debate, e Léo Heller, relator da ONU para o direito à água e ao saneamento e associado ABES.
