Mais de 40 especialistas participaram nesta quinta (28) da 18ª Reunião da Câmara Temática de Indicadores de Desempenho para o Saneamento Ambiental – CTIDSA, ao final das atividades do PNQS 2019. A Câmara, que tem coordenação de Sandro Camargo, atua como órgão consultivo, de assessoramento técnico e político institucional da ABES e tem a missão de manter um sistema de indicadores alinhado às melhores práticas de gestão do saneamento ambiental no Brasil e no mundo. São estudos e discussões aprofundadas sobre a experiência acumulada sobre o tema, promovendo a participação e integração dos associados e demais interessados em boas práticas de gestão. “A ideia é oferecer um book, um tipo de Guia, no qual as empresas possam extrair indicadores gerenciais e operacionais para ajudar as organizações”, explicou o coordenador do CTIDSA 2019, Sandro Camargo, que iniciou o encontro fazendo um resumo da última reunião em 2018. “Estamos pensando em melhorar e aprimorar as ferramentas para quem atua com acompanhamento de indicadores nas organizações e fazemos isso, pensando desde as empresas que estão iniciando até aquelas já consolidadas no mercado”, disse Camargo.
Entre as deliberações ficou determinada que a aplicação da pesquisa de utilização de indicadores deve ser realizada no próximo ciclo. Após a leitura da Ata 17, Camargo relatou as principais atividades realizadas pela Câmara em 2019, informando que as sugestões para melhoria dos indicadores em 2020 devem ser encaminhadas ainda neste mês de dezembro. “Críticas são bem vindas e avaliadas. Mas, se a sugestão é de um novo indicador, pedimos que eles sejam enviados de forma completa, já construídos, e formatados para o nosso guia, para dar agilidade aos processos”, comentou Sandro, informando que a revisão do trabalho deve acontecer entre os meses de dezembro de 2019 e janeiro de 2020.
