Em reuniões realizadas nesta quinta, 1º de setembro, a Associação foi representada por Marcel Sanches, secretário geral da Diretoria Nacional, e Josivan Cardoso, diretor executivo.

Nesta quinta-feira, 1º de setembro, representantes da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES e da Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento Básico – ANA estiveram reunidos em Brasília para falar sobre o projeto do 32º Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (CBESA) – o Congresso da ABES 2023. O mais importante evento do setor de saneamento ambiental do Brasil será realizado de 21 a 24 de maio do ano que vem, em Belo Horizonte/MG. Na ocasião da visita, Marcel Sanches, secretário geral da Diretoria Nacional da ABES, e Josivan Cardoso, diretor executivo da entidade, foram recebidos pelos diretores da ANA Felipe Sampaio e Ana Carolina Argolo.

Durante a reunião, também foram abordadas as capacitações da UNIABES, centro de conhecimento universitário da ABES. “A pauta foi muito proveitosa porque inclusive a ANA já teve participações dos seus servidores no curso de Regulação da ABES e agora nós vamos atuar com toda a diretoria da ANA, que participará do curso de regulação que iremos ofertar”, destaca Josivan Cardoso. Em outro momento, Marcel e Josivan também se reuniram com o ouvidor geral da Agência, Ricardo Andrade, e conversaram sobre diversos assuntos vinculados às parcerias ABES e ANA, e com Cintia Leal Marinho de Araujo, superintendente adjunta de Regulação Econômica da ANA.

Nesta mesma tarde, os diretores da ABES estiveram na Fundação Nacional de Saúde – Funasa para apresentar a proposta do 32º Congresso da ABES. Lá, foram recebidos pela diretora executiva Fernanda Rodrigues, e pelo chefe de gabinete da Fundação. Josivan também se reuniu com a área de comunicação para tratar de assuntos relacionados às estratégias de parceria com a ABES.

“Foi muito proveitoso porque vamos ter êxito na questão da parceria com a Funasa”, celebra Josivan. “As articulações institucionais cada vez mais se perpetuam como um processo de fortalecimento e de reconhecimento do trabalho que a ABES promove frente à disseminação do conhecimento, por meio do Congresso e todos os seus eventos técnicos que são realizados”, enfatiza. “As instituições acreditam no trabalho da ABES. Tanto que estão sempre conosco nos projetos e agora confirmam o apoio aos nossos eventos e ao grande Congresso que irá acontecer em Belo Horizonte”, conclui o diretor executivo.
